GoogleMyself and family have now been tenants of Norwich accommodation agency for over a year now and have been more than happy with the service from them ,if there has been a problem it has always been delt with ,if not that day the next day .service is first class as well as the staff always very friendly if I ever wanted to move which is very unlikely this would definatley be the agency to use good luck and many thanks to all of you Best regards. GoogleWe have had a great experience with the Norwich Accommodation Agency. We told them what we were looking for in a flat, and they found the perfect place for us on the same day. Plus, it was the most affordable place we had found so far, without sacrificing the location or beauty of the place. They were very accommodating during the application process, always attentive to our emails during tenancy, and very helpful when we were moving out. We appreciated that the application fees were minimal (much less than at the other chain agencies) and the flat was top-quality. We loved living there and having a local agency for support. Having witnessed the struggles that our friends have had with other agencies, we're confident in saying that Norwich Accommodation Agency really is the best agency you will find in Norwich!

GoogleI have been renting a house through Norwich Accommodation Agency for a little over a year, and have been very pleased with the service. When anything has gone wrong with the house, even things I have told them were not urgent, someone has arrived the next day to rectify the problem. They have done two inspections, and were reasonable both about making the appointments and about what they had to say about the house. I have always found the people in the office polite and helpful, and their initial charges were not excessive. I am a landlord myself and have some bad experiences with agents in the past that have made me cynical about them, but if I were looking for agents to manage my property I would ask Norwich Accommodation Agency first, on the grounds that if they treat tenants well they would probably treat landlords well.

GoogleI have been letting a house in the Golden Triangle with Norwich Accommodation Agency for the past 7 years and everything always runs very smoothly. One typical example of their brilliant customer service was when a fence came down in the recent storms and within 24 hours of the tenant reporting the damage, a contractor had called round to repair it. I have a really busy job and so it's good to be able to rely on someone else to deal with the problems efficiently. They also use their own initiative, which is great, as I do not wish to be bothered about small things like dripping taps etc. I would definitely recommend Norwich Accommodation Agency - they are a pleasure to deal with and from my experience they have looked after both my interests as a landlord and my tenants. The current tenants have been there for several years, so I guess that is also a good sign.

GoogleI rented a property through this estate agents from late 2021 to 2022. At the start of the tenancy they were very organised and quick with sorting out the tenancy agreements. They were quick to address any issues with the house that I had and overall nice people to deal with. Id have no problem using them again.

GoogleI was a tenant with Norwich Accommodation Agency for about 18 months and they were brilliant! They were always quick to respond to my emails and were always friendly and professional. They were also very quick to fix and repair any issues in my flat and genuinely made the whole experience of renting smooth and effortless. As a former tenant, I'd highly recommend them. Their service is second to none.

GoogleWe've rented properties through many agents in the past and NAA is by far one of the best we've had. During the 2 years we stayed there they were always quick to respond to any problems we had and gave us our full deposit back at the end. I also spoke to our landlord afterwards and she said she had no regrets with them managing her property.

We received outstanding service throughout our tenancy; they were quick to respond to any and all queries and issues and, importantly, every personal interaction was lovely! They are reliable, hardworking and honest - we were always kept in the loop and they ensured that our entire tenancy ran smoothly. The only Agency I would return to in Norwich.

GoogleI rented with NAA for 6 years. Professional and attentive. Always quick to respond to any issues. Once I ended my tenancy they found no issues with the property and repaid my deposit in full. NAA gave the feeling of dealing with a family orientated, local business who put the tenant first.

GoogleI've been renting a house with them for a year and a half now. I recommend this agency. Sometimes things break in the house and we usually get it repaired quite quickly. A few times it took them ages to reply to our emails or sort things out but we're all humans so i'm not taking points off for that, as everything else is fine.

GoogleWe rented with Norwich Accomodation Agency during Covid, they were respectful of covid regulations and allowed for inspections to be done over zoom. They were quick to respond to any questions and professional too. Lovely people and would rent with them again should we end up back in Norwich.

Any issues (not that there have been many) have been dealt with promptly and professionally. Their staff are friendly, fair, and responsive, and we'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else looking for a rental property.

GoogleNorwich Accommodation Agency are absolutely outstanding. They react to problems quickly and are courteous and friendly. They solve problems before they become problems in some cases - in my case they replaced a failing boiler before it actually failed. From the landlord's perspective they regularly inspected the property and ensured it was well cared for. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

David Saunders and Wendy Lorch applied for a property together. Their application was discussed with the landlord and after consideration he eventually decided not to proceed with their application. David Saunders had offered to pay 6 months’ rent in advance because he was self-employed and unable to prove his income. In some cases we may take additional rent in advance but we also need information regarding sufficient ongoing income which they were unable to provide. David also gave us a current landlord reference on which the landlord stated he would not relet to this tenant again due to personal differences. For these reasons their application was declined. When a tenant has applied for a property we aim to let them know within 24 hours whether their application has been accepted. In this case we received David and Wendy’s application on a Monday and didn’t decline their application until Wednesday of the same week, despite telling them that we would try to give them a decision by the end of the day on Monday. We apologise for this delay and any inconvenience caused but their application was being considered and we didn’t have a final decision from the landlord until the Wednesday.’

They were very responsive to any questions or minor issues we had with the property. All in all was a pleasant experience renting our first property and would always recommend this agency.
