TrustpilotCassandra Creak
Cassandra Creak and the rest of the team were always helpful and cheerful through the whole selling process, keeping us informed regularly and chasing up solicitors / buyers when required. The sale itself was not always straightforward but a good standard of professionalism was maintained throughout and they were very accommodating with arranging access when requested, which was important to us as we do not live in the area. I would highly recommend Minors & Brady.

GoogleWe both bought and sold our properties with Minors&Brady. Rosie's support following offers were instrumental to the final success. Our agents Joe and Chris were also highly professional in the process. They are the best estate agency we have ever used.

GoogleRecently sold my property with Minors & Brady and have to say Rosie is an absolute star. She went above and beyond her job role. Would definitely recommend using this company due to this lady as her service and communication is fantastic. Thank you immensely for all your hard work throughout.

GoogleI wouldn’t bother with them. We had an offer accepted on a house started all legal proceedings just for them to let us know that the buyer has accepted another offer on it. Why are you still doing viewings and taking offers if you already accepted ours. We had confirmation via email and phone confirmation as well so unless you want to waste your time and be disappointed I would stay well clear of this company.

Had a bit of a rough start with offer not being submitted to the vendor by the agent - but once we got started with the purchase process Claire Wilson the after sales progressor made up for that in spades - she is a force of nature that gets things done - she knows her business really well and is so easy to deal with - she puts in 110%

TrustpilotSelling our property
Positive approach. Went with this EA as new and had read some reviews around performance. In the process of selling now. Sold within time frame, always wanting to refresh and get us to the top of listing which helped. Used AI to furnish our home as was empty this was positive as buyers came and looked as could imagine what it could be. Looking forward to another family enjoying our home.

TrustpilotAvoid this company like the plague
Avoid this company like the plague! I went for a viewing of a bungalow and when the young man turned up he could not answer a single question put to him.He then left with his notes on a promise I would get a phone call but guess what ? Nothing.I called the office the next week to be told my offer I put in was not good enough and promised I would get a return call to answer all my questions.Yet again I had no response at all.I feel sorry for anyone trying to sell there house through Minors and Brady as they don't do what's necessary to answer questions put to them or just can not be bothered.Avoid Avoid Avoid disgraceful company.
