I was hugely impressed by everyone I dealt with at Jackson Stops, especially Hannie. Their strategy for selling my house in a tricky market for high end properties was spot on and resulted in a sale above the asking price. Hannie was always available to deal with anything that cropped up along the way. More importantly, Hannie and her colleagues are nice people to deal with and good at building the kind of relationships that make a real difference when you are selling - or buying - a property. I cannot praise them highly enough.

We had an excellent experience with Yvonne at Jackson-Stops on the sale of our house. Our sale was quite complex at times, but Yvonne was fantastic throughout the whole process. She kept us regularly updated, was always responsive and proactive, and did a brilliant job of keeping everything moving when things became complicated. We always felt that she was on top of matters and genuinely working hard to get the sale through. The level of service was excellent from start to finish, and we really appreciated all of her help and support. We asked Jackson Stops to sell our house after a terrible experience with another large independent agent. What a breath of fresh air they were! Having previously had six viewings in four months, we had four booked within a week of launching with Jacksons, and two offers. Good communication can help dissolve much of the stress and Hannie at Jackson-Stops scores high. Yvonne was absolutely amazing in handling the sale of our family home which completed in early February. She and her colleagues always kept us fully up to date during quite a lengthy sales process. Extremely proactive; finding us new buyers within two weeks after the first ones withdrew, to giving us the benefit of her professional advice on the market throughout and always being available to conduct viewings and answer our queries. The service we experienced from Yvonne was, we feel, exceptional and although we don't intend ever moving again we have no hesitation in recommending her to others. We received a first rate service from Jonathan and I could not recommend his firm highly enough. Ours was a particularly difficult sale following our marital break up and involving a Grade II listed building, a myriad of planning and listed building consent queries and an intransigent firm of solicitors representing our buyers which delayed matters considerably. Right from the start and his first visit Jonathan handled our sale with great sensitivity and professional expertise. The property was expertly marketed and viewings well pre-vetted. As promised Jonathan himself handled all negotiations personally keeping our buyers on side and keeping both of us well informed throughout whilst keeping on top of both teams of lawyers and addressing any delays. With his help we got there eventually and I hope that our buyers enjoy their new home.
