GoogleAbsolutely wonderful service, people and for the past twelve years I've felt secure and really well looked after. Unlike so many housing agents Simon and Kerry are toptc notch at providing a great service to their tenants and very honest and fair. Can't recommend them too highly.

GoogleHorrendous service. We have paid our rent for the last 8yrs every mth in full. The repairs that we have asked to be done on the property that we rent through this bunch of money grabbing joke of an agency incl electrical, fence work and general maintenance on the property. Customer service is a joke as we have now had over a period of 8yrs some of these jobs requiring to be done and still need to be done to this day. The latest fiasco is that the landlord has had 3 quotes for the list and eventually sends his own man in to look. Then he dis appears so no one can contact him to book him in for the work. Last guy sent in does not even have the list, has not done electrics before, can not do the gas hob, and has even asked me to confirm the amount of fence panels that need replacing as he thinks he got it wrong ! Considering renting through these guys... check your small print as you will get absolutely no help at all from this local, friendly, customer orientated based family firm because at the end of the day the landlord is paying their wages....!
We have already responded to this via your review you have left on our Facebook page but we reiterate that the problems you are experiencing are not Section 11 repairing obligation and therefore we have no authority to act with without the Landlord's consent. We have arranged numerous quotes which have all been passed to the Landlord. He finally gave us consent to instruct Mr Skipper who sadly passed away about two weeks ago. Since then we have arrange another quote which has been passed to the Landlord.

GoogleI've been a tenant twice now in properties let by City and County. Both Simon and Kerry are professional yet friendly and as accommodating as they can be. Simon has also helped my father when he was considering letting a property he owned and, although he didn't proceed any further, he was very grateful for the friendly and impartial advice he received. One further thing to note: As a tenant I don't have much to do with my landlord, as City and County take care of almost all aspects of my tenancy. But I have met my landlord a few times and he has always been decent and fair - which is perhaps a reflection on they type of people City and County will take on as landlord clients.

GoogleI have rented from City and County since December 2016, very very happy with the service I have received, they are approachable and always happy to help with any issues. Plan to stay with them until I get a mortgage (if they'll let me stay that is lol) When I moved in I had to move in a rush and they did everything possible to make it swift and smooth with very reasonable fees, would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area.

GoogleI am entirely confident in saying that City and County are the best letting agency in Norwich! With this agency you get excellent, personal, quick service; every time you call or pop in they are so friendly. I rented through them a property that was in excellent condition, in a safe area, and thoroughly loved my time with them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property through them, either tenant or landlord.

GoogleA superb, family-run letting agency in Norwich. We've been to hell and back with some in recent years but the time and advice Simon has offered to us in the past has truly been invaluable.
