GoogleRecent sale of house in Norwich was dealt with initially by Tim Wicks and then David Hinton. A glossy & professional brochure with good photos was produced, a buyer was found within a month. Conveyancing was affected and slowed by Covid but David was attentive throughout until we reached a satisfactory conclusion.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

They even smoothed the path with difficult negotiations, and lengthy "property chains", where other people had used ineffective online Estate Agents. From his initial appraisal to exchange of contracts, which took just 79 days, his attentiveness was never failing and the service we received was second to none. As we did not occupy the property he kept us updated with developments on a weekly basis, conducted all the viewings, keenly negotiated the sale and as a result of his diligence we achieved a sale price £15,000 in excess of the initial asking price and once the sale had been agreed he managed to liaise with all parties and got it pushed it through to exchange of contracts in less than 28 days.
