FacebookAbsolutely terrible, would never use. Treat their clients with complete disregard.
Excuse me? my family has been a customer of abbotFox, and were not treated well at all. I think you’ll find I’m completely not being ‘investigated’ by Facebook or the Police? What a strange remark. The nature of this comment shows that they are completely out of touch, and illustrates exactly why any potential customers should go elsewhere...

YellBrilliant as a first time buyer
Every member of the sales team impressed me when buying my first home. They made the process simple and easy to understand and kept me updated every step of the way.

Been looking for a property for a while and the customer service from the team at abbot fox has been brilliant. They constantly tell me about properties that would work for more before they go online.

GoogleThe best estate agent in Norwich. Highly professional team, they work hard to achieve what you need as a seller or rental customer. Hassle free and would recommend to anyone selling there home or potentially putting one up for rent.

GoogleHorrible company slow, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Payed the fees for a room in a shared house that should've been finalised within a couple of days, two weeks after a lot of hassle they emailed me saying they gave it to someone else ... Just plain bad !

GoogleTreats you like dirt. Rip offs, unresponsive, unkind and unsafe. Truly shocking service. I swear every review on here is fake, because no one I've ever met who's been associated with abbotfox has had anything good to say about them. PLEASE AVOID FOR YOUR OWN BENEFIT.

YellGreat Service
Found a buyer for my home before the pictures were even taken. I had multiple offers and they secured me a price above my expectations. The after-sales process was also great, with guidance all the way through. Highly recommended.

GoogleThey are quick with arranging a viewing, however when I visited the apartment I immediately acknowledged that I wanted to rent the apartment. After that, nothing at all was communicated by Abbottfox. I had to chase them for at least a week …
