GooglePrices of the house are £50k or more over what the house is worth. I do not recommend viewing with them as they overinflate the house prices and then you make a lower offer they say no and then after a month you will see the property is reduced by £50k or more.

From the initial phone call with Chris and through out the whole process he has been amazing, he put all our concerns at ease and was really proactive in keeping us up to date on the purchase of the property. After a bit of a bumpy journey with some of the other estate agents in the area we as buyers felt that Chris had our interests as well as the vendors on his agenda, this was a breath of fresh air after the service we got with Gibbs.
