The property I was interested in was being marketed by 2 agents and I took the gamble and placed my bets on Savills. I was pleasantly surprised and found Savills to be very professional and supportive. I dealt directly with Helen who was literally there for me 24/7, responding to my calls & emails even on her days off, which above and beyond what I was expecting from any Estate Agent. Helen was very helpful and supportive throughout the process and maintained her cool & calm even during the most complex of negotiations. Even post the transaction, Helen was there for me to ensure that any loose ends were tied up and pending matters addressed. What more could I have asked for. Based on this experience, Savills will now be my first stop shop for any future property related matters and save me the hassle of going from one agent to the next to find the best customer service and experience.
