We saw a property and placed the offer but it was gone to another buyer. Chris Gann at Savills reassured us, if in case the property does not go through the purchase, he would get in touch and let us know to go with the purchase with that property. I was not confident that this would happen, because everyone is busy and those things are quickly forgotten, but Chris came unexpectedly back to us saying the property did not go through with the buyer and if we still want to proceed with it. From then onwards Chris has been very helpful and understanding in our requests, in accommodating and ensuring that all our questions and expectations are met. We have had some poor experience with other estate agents, due to the stamp duty prices rising, other agents would act on behalf of the buyers to make the maximum of it. But Chris and the Savills team were very different. They did not push and kept a healthy balance between buyers and sellers. This is so much appreciated and not seen everywhere, where the agent is supportive and professional throughout the process. Thank you so much Chris and your team for making our dream come true.
