GoogleWorst agent ever. 49days to get a deposit return quote and then comical rubbish like 10gbp to dust a fan and 260gbp for homeless people leaving rubbish in communal areas. Even or a deposit amounts in despite, 49 days before any reply or amount is insane...

GoogleWorst renting experience of my life! At the end of tenancy, I was told that I will get just £300 deposit back. I had to go to TDS to get my deposit back. TDS helped me get approx. £1,200 of my deposit back. Completely unprofessional!
