Been an absolute pleasure going through process with her as a first time buyer. Would most definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor.

GoogleThe house we have just sold via Swetenhams went from offer to completion in just 17 days, and at the right price too !! We also bought the house through them a few years ago. On both occasions the Northwich team were professional, courteous and above all, effective. Thanks to everyone involved, including the in-house legal team.

GoogleDO NOT USE! I gave them my details as I was interested in a property. When I turned up to the property the seller answered the door and didn't know that I was meant to viewing it. I rung Swetenhams Northwich to find out what was going on, turns out they didn't even have me on their system and they don't know where my information is! I will not be using them in the future!

GoogleIf you're looking to rent, personally I'd steer clear. Repeated efforts to have my deposit returned to me, despite my former landlord advising them to do so; and refund in full, has led to a deaf ear from this firm. The matter is now with the TDS scheme administrators; and may indeed need me to also launch small claims to recover my extra costs - but that is last resort, as time consuming and simply more costs - to me! If you're desperate to rent a particular house or even a ranch, then you'll have no choice and you'll need to submit to their Cowboy Lasso. But, if it was me, I'd saddle up my horse and get outta there, give Swetenhams and Sequence a very wide berth - yee haa. This is a genuine review; and from my own personal experience, having now had to make a formal complaint to the TDS Deposit Scheme administrators.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAs a first time buyer, it’s safe to say I had ZERO knowledge on house buying!! I was told about Georgia, Gary and the whole team in northwich through a friend, and decided to approach them (after approaching many!) From the beginning, and finding my dream home, they have all supported me in more ways than I can ever imagine. I was kept up to date constantly about my progress through purchasing, and the next steps I had to take going forward - something that I really did need. Gary spent so much time with me talking through every step and explaining it all thoroughly. He guided me through his own recommendations and made suggestions that he thought would be suited to me and my affordability - which I unbelievably appreciate. Through the toughest time the nation has seen, and with the work I do - I cannot thank you all enough for supporting me, being understanding and also extremely patient. GoogleI recently moved to Northwich from Bramhall. Looking for somewhere to rent I called into various estate agents in Northwich, but was impressed with Tom at Swetenhams. He was extremely courteous and pleasant. A viewing was arranged with Tom and I agreed to rent the property there and then. During the vetting procedure I had further dealings with Tom and Melissa. They were a joy to deal with, and extremely helpful and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble, and they kept me informed during the vetting process. I would recommend anyone to use Swetenhams if you are looking to rent in the Northwich area. The service from start to finish was first class.
