GoogleReally good service received from Royal Fox. They continually chased both sets of solicitors which they didn't really have to do and gave us constant feedback as to where the process was up too. Special thanks to Linda who made a lot of phone calls for us.
The one piece of feedback I would give is that when we viewed the property the second time without the vendor there the person doing the viewing didn't really know anything about the property but this may of been because it was a weekend and was helping out. Not so much of a issue to us we had already offered and loved the house but just something to think about.

Many thanks for the review Andrew. At peak times we cannot always have full time staff available on viewings. Some days we may have 5 viewing requests and others we may have up to 20. We use a "professional viewings clerk" occasionally to ensure all requested viewings are taken at times convenient to the person requesting the viewing, rather than possibly delaying the appointment. Staff are always on hand at the office to provide further information if needed and Nigel's personal mobile is published for "out of hours" calls.
