I recently bought a house that was sold by Royal Fox and they were fantastic! As a first time buyer, I was a little confused and worried about the process, but Nigel and Josh were brilliant. They rang me every week or so to give an update from their side and check how I was getting on with my solicitor's and even gave me some advice on how to handle things. The move started to drag a little and I got a little disenchanted with the process, but the one bright point was Nigel and Josh and the care and attention they took throughout it all. As a buyer, it really impressed me that they took such an interest in me and my side of things despite me technically not being their clients. I have mixed experience with estate agents, but Royal Fox is at the top of the list! They will be my first choice for any further business and, for any fellow buyers, I would saying seeing Royal Fox representing a seller should be a big green flag.

What a difference in customer experience. First class, approachable and updated me regularly on viewings and feedbacks. Don't make the mistake I made. House sold, quickly efficiently with Royal Fox and cannot recommend them highly enough. Good price, well worth it. I bought my first house using Royal Fox and I had a really good experience. Mainly dealt with Josh, however had a few calls with Nigel too. They were both very approachable and professional. Josh had a lot of patience and a calm approach when the stress kicked in. He would guide and reassure whilst remaining transparent about the process and any deadlines. Stayed on top of the game, communicating with all parties as required in a timely manner. I only have good things to say about my experience using their services.

I recently sold my property with Royal Fox and I don't think I could have made a better decision. From the get go, Nigel and the team were so accommodating and ensured I had all the information I needed to may the right decision about my home. When it came to the selling process, everything ran very smoothly and I was given regular updates each week as to how the sale of my house was progressing. I felt heard when working with the Royal Fox team and felt nothing was too big or stupid to ask, which was incredibly reassuring as this was the first time I'd sold a house. Would highly recommend Royal Fox to anyone looking at buying and/or selling a home! My wife and I were fortunate enough to have Josh look after us from start to finish in our house search and sale. We fell in love with a property and decided we wanted to go ahead and make an offer. Our house was not on the market and Josh came around the next day, took photos and got all the information needed, then had an advert online the next day. We were fortunate in that our house sold quickly so we could go ahead with our purchase. Josh regularly checked in and assured us along the way. Nigel and Josh are great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. From the first meeting with Nigel, I knew he was authentic, honest and had our best interests in mind. He didn't inflate our house price, had lots of knowledge of the local market and explained his approach clearly. As a first time seller, I was naive to just how many moving parts that there could be in our sale. The great thing about Nigel (and team) is that they were always, and I mean always, available to explain what they knew. Not only was the communication appreciated by myself, but also by all the solicitors and other estate agents in the chain, as I know they would rely on him for info too. In the end our sale was complex, dragged on and made us quite despondent at times. The one thing I never doubted though was that we had the best estate agents representing our interests. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Nigel and the team over the last 6 months. From day one, all the team at Royal Fox have been friendly, professional, honest and extremely reliable, all of which makes for a superb service. Throughout the sale we were informed by phone and email of any viewings that were taking place and then often received same day feedback. When an offer was made and accepted the team would update us on a weekly basis and call as they promised they would. If the sales process began to lose any slight momentum we received a call and were advised how to best manage things to ensure that all parties were happy. After a complicated sale, the team were nothing but friendly, supportive, tenacious and professional which resulted in getting the sale over the line in what have been challenging times. Nigel and his team at Royal Fox have been absolutely fantastic with their warm friendly honest and professional approach during our house move. From day 1, the evaluation Nigel was straight talking direct and so accurate with his evaluation and assessment. Nigel is such a character whom I warmed to immediately and like what he and Royal Fox could deliver for us. The professional caring lovely ladies in the office, (especially Viv, who I feel I know her personally as as a very good friend) have been patient and calming throughout the process. Viv has been incredible, keeping me up to date with information and progress. The communications have been spot on. Not too much, not too little. Nigel I’m sure is proud of his team and I want to endorse this further. Even on the moving date, I received a lovely reassuring call from Viv to say that the exchange had completed and congratulations. Normally this is the solicitors job, but Viv goes that bit further to give you the comfort and safe hands in one of the most stressful and tiring times in your life (moving house). The service provided by Nigel, Steph, Linda and Viv was first class from start to finish, the team were friendly, professional, nothing was too much trouble and they kept us informed at all times. Nigel knows the local market extensively and predicted the price we would sell at and the month of completion - and was right both times!! When Paul and I decided to sell, the team had the house details online, along with floor plans, square footage, sales brochure, EPC and excellent quality photographs, and the For Sale board the FOLLOWING day. We were very impressed with this efficiency, and in fact we compared sales and advertising of similar properties on the market at the same time given by other estate agents. None of them provide ALL of this information in one place and so we knew immediately that we had made good choice as this was a COMPLETE service. It makes such a difference to prospective buyers when they are scrolling through on the internet, seeing all the information to hand which encourages quick viewings which we got, viewings lead to sales.....
