FacebookSuch a great friendly, professional team! From the moment I contacted IAgent about their services - I knew I wanted them to sell my house! By the end of the process I think every member of staff recognised my voice and knew who I was!!!
Such a great fixed fee - considering all the hard work each staff member puts in to every viewing, offer and query.
Tom in particular was amazing! His reassurance, calmness and knowledge helped me through a few bumpy moments during the process - but we got there in the end and the day before the stamp duty came back into play!
Can’t recommend this company and the amazing people enough!

GoogleCouldn’t expect a better service!!! I was in a tough spot comming from Lithuania on short notice and in need to find a longterm place to rent. Less than two weeks of me arriving to UK I contacted iAgent Homes and arranged my colleague would check the place the next day. The place suited me and I had to wait just for a few days for screening to finish. My flight not only was schedulled on Sunday which is a non-working day but I were to arrive late in the evening. Because of the circumstances I guessed I would have to stay a night in a hotel and wait for Monday to sign the contract. Without much expectation I contacted Stephen and to my surprise he managed to arrange a meeting late in the evening on Sunday so I could move in just after I arrived! Thanks to iAgent Homes I had a lot less stressful time when I needed it most. :)

GoogleWe recently bought and sold a house through iAgent. Great professional and down to earth service through out the whole process. We were also introduced to Becky, the mortgage advisor after we had a hick-up with our mortgage provider. Becky worked day and night to get us the best mortgage to suit us.
In the end we sold our house in just 4 days for £10k more than the valuation price that we had received from other estate agents. iAgent are certainly changing the industry for the better!

No tenancy was ever agreed, no referencing ever done on you, and no holding deposit or money was even taken, so that statement is a total lie.
It took you over a week following your viewing to finally decide you wanted to take the property. In that week we have continued viewings and had other potential tenants put themselves forward. The landlord chose to take another one of these potential tenants.
We have then advised you the landlord had accepted someone else; you have then emailed us this morning swearing, making derogatory statements, and calling a female member of staff a t***. I am sure people can imagine the word. I guess you think that’s acceptable?
Thanks for confirming the landlord made a good choice in not taking you as a tenant. Stay clear!
