GoogleI cannot recommend IAgent enough for selling or renting your property. From my first meetings with Steve and Paul to discuss selling my home, they were very professional but approachable. The video and photographs are excellent quality, fully showcasing my home. Once I had accepted an offer, Paul the photographer/sales and admin assistant Gemma, worked hard behind the scenes to ensure everything went smoothly. Gemma kept all parties updated and supported me where necessary, always going the extra mile. Paul was always on hand for any queries or for advice and sometimes a chat! What could have been a stressful process was made simple with their professional dedication and obvious customer care, all for a very competitive set fee. I would not hesitate to use IAgent again.

GoogleWe rented through iAgents for 4 years and it was a constant struggle. Most maintenance issues we reported were ignored, and the few that were addressed required constant nagging to get any movement. In my experience, they were unprofessional and unresponsive to urgent maintenance requests. The house was in a disgusting state when we moved in, and the ongoing living conditions were unacceptable, uninhabitable and a serious health hazard. It was a nightmare experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a rental.

GoogleI have recently begun renting a property with iAgent and have had the best experience. Paul showed me around the property, he was enthusiastic, answered all my questions and even arranged to meet me for the viewing earlier than booked for my convenience. Emma has been amazing at helping me with moving in, helping with turning around the required paperwork quickly so I could move in on short notice and always being helpful and happy to speak to over the phone. GoogleTom and the team have looked after my property for over 4 years. I had moved away with work and put my lovely home in their hands to manage. Through the 4 years, everything was so so easy, any issues were dealt with super quick and never cost the earth- just superb. They were always there at the end of the phone or txt message, just fantastic service. I was 300 miles away from the property but never felt out of the loop. I can honestly only describe the team as extended family.
I then decided it was time to sell and move permanently. I had 3 valuations for my property, Iagents were the highest the next valuation was 80k lower! I was wary but knew that the team at Iagents knew their stuff and Tom was confident with his valuation. So I went with his valuation after being told by another local agent there would be no way on earth I would get anywhere near close to that valuation… 3 days later I received an offer… well over Iagents valuation. It made me sad that another local agent had valued my main asset 100k lower than what I received.
Honestly can not recommend this team highly enough, they so work hard and take pride in their business, genuine honest guys who know everything there is to know about property.
Now I just have to find another Iagents in Scotland !!

GoogleThe property I rent is being sold. I have the agents putting up sold signs before even telling me the property is sold. Also have them wanting access to the property for viewings at least three times a week. Received email on Saturday telling me that there would be a surveyor visiting the property on Monday. No time, just being told they would come between 9-3. As I work from home this is not good enough, and I needed to take a day off work. This is a two bit company and not to be trusted. All viewings were booked in with your consent and only 4 took place. I left you a message the morning the property was sold before the sold board went up. We also offered to re home you to any property we had. You were emailed on Saturday asking if the survey could be done Monday but if not for a day to best suit you. I know your upset about the sale of the property but that’s down to your landlord.

FacebookI was shown around a flat in a multiple occupation property and told I had first refusal, to then be told days later someone else already paid a deposit previously. I was led to believe we were the only people to have viewed the property as it was freshly refurbished and that we could pay our deposit today, to then be told last minute that it’s gone to someone else. My first experience has obviously left a salty taste in my mouth, not much honesty so I can’t recommend.

Such a great fixed fee - considering all the hard work each staff member puts in to every viewing, offer and query.
Tom in particular was amazing! His reassurance, calmness and knowledge helped me through a few bumpy moments during the process - but we got there in the end and the day before the stamp duty came back into play!
