Please do not use this agent I’m a landlord and neither me or my tenants can get any answer from there head office they do not respond to emails or return calls the worst agent I have ever used I’m on a fully managed contract and they do not manage anything my tenant had to drive to my business address to report a problem stay clear

Have used BJB to let my second property after bad experiences with my other letting agent. Had nothiing but help and advice from Jenna at BJB Winsford even before I agreed to use them on my second property. When my first property becoomes vacant I'll be using Jenna to manage that one too. I would recommend anyone with a property to let to use Jenna and BJB.

GoogleI have tried to book viewings for three different properties on seperate occasions. For one of them I rang three times. Not once did I get a call back regarding my requests, even if it was just to tell me they were fully booked. Started to just skip these properties on Rightmove now because whats the point?NegativeResponsiveness
