GoogleBelvoir have been absolutely amazing in helping me to find a place. I went through lots of places and it took me a few months to be able to find somewhere. After countless viewings and being ghosted or being told I didn't get it, I was starting to lose hope. Belvoir tried their hardest to find a place for me and they absolutely delivered! The team have been so helpful with getting me a place and I can't wait to move in! They're very helpful and quick to respond and nothing is ever too much trouble for them! If you can go with Belvoir either for renting or buying, please do!

GoogleI live in a rented property found out though Belvoir Lettings, Northwich. I have completed living for 6 years at the property and I can only say that Belvoir Lettings have always supported my needs and concerns all along. Be it fixing a broken curtain or a faulty window glass, Belvoir Lettings have got all of this rectified in quick time. They are always reachable at all times and are ready to help whenever you are in need. I am extremely happy with the service they provide. I would definitely recommend them for all your property buying or renting needs.

GoogleThe team at Belvoir Northwich are outstanding. It's been a while since I've rented privately so I was a bit rusty with what I needed to organise and when etc. Nothing was too much trouble despite the very many questions I had along the way. Their processes are professional, helpful and above all, seemingly stressless. Everything is done before you've even considered you need to do it. Need your utility accounts setting up? No problem, Belvoir have already done it. Need your Council Tax account setting up? No problem, Belvoir have already done it. Thank you to Christine, Rachel, James and the rest of the team at Belvoir Northwich. I'm looking forward to many happy years in my new apartment. Highly recommended!

Direct reviewsAmazing experience with Belvoir. I had contacted Belvoir as I was looking for my first flat to rent, Belvoir kept an eye out for me and contacted me when they found something suitable they thought I might like! Helen did a great job showing me around the property and answered all my questions. Super quick process, I viewed the property on the Friday and found out I was successful on the Monday!! The process was extremely easy thanks to the Belvoir team. I also had amazing help from Louise who sorted all my paperwork and behind the scenes information for my tenancy. Would absolutely recommend!
