Perfect experience!

We’ve had a really great experience with Anwyl, from the minute we came to view our house Gyllian went above and beyond and supported us through the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house. We couldn’t have done it without her! The quality of the build is amazing even down to the doors and skirting boards. Since we’ve moved in all the workmen and Isaac, our site manager can’t do enough to help us and fixed any issues immediately.

Having Gareth as our site manager made our moving in experience 5 star. Moving into a new build can be daunting not everything is always perfect straight away but having Gareth and his team looking after us made us feel so secure and sure that any issues would be sorted efficiently. Every time we had an enquiry or needed support Gareth made sure we were attended to. Our home is wonderful and we love living here on The Fairways. Thank you to Gareth and Anwyl for making our experience a positive one. Gareth is very professional and knows his sites inside out, what I love is that he knows all our names and makes us feel part of the Anwyl family. I would recommend Anwyl to anyone looking at new build homes.

I moved in to my new home back in June and I’m beyond happy with the experience from start to finish. Being by myself with two young boys I was apprehensive but everyone has been so helpful in particular Ian who has gone above and beyond. The development its self is beautiful and finished to a really high standard. After previously buying a new build from another builders I can honestly say my experience with anwyl has been faultless and I would highly recommended.

Having moved from Northern Ireland on my own I recently purchased my house and can only praise the staff who work there. From Marie in the sales office who was really helpful in giving me advice and so pleasant, to the site Managers Scott, Keith and recent employee Andy.These wee bunch of lads went above and beyond their duty, always striving to help, fix and advise when necessary.There were a few snags and one issue with my hob was resolved with the help of Keith and I was really grateful. The other minor snags were immediately seen to as well.Their good humour and general behaviour were first class and I will always be indebted to them all.I have no hesitation in recommending Anwyl Builders to anyone buying a new home. Thank you Anwyl!

We moved into our new home over summer 2024 and overall we were really pleased with the process and the finish to the property. Debbie initially dealt with the sale, but was then transferred to another site. This did cause some confusion as to when the property would be ready and meant we had to move into temporary accommodation for 6 weeks. However, what we were told verbally at the time of reservation didn't match the paperwork, so there was nothing we could do.Once we were in our home, the site manager Ian went above and beyond to check we were happy and to deal with any minor snags. These are expected in any new build home and there weren't many. Unfortunately, there was a leak upstairs from the bathroom which then damaged the kitchen ceiling downstairs. Whilst it was inconvenient, it was put right very quickly and we were more than happy with the way it was dealt with. Any staff that came to fix snags were always polite and professional. We would definitely recommend Anwyl to others.

Chris the Customer Service Technician arrived promptly at the Colwyn Bay development. He informed me of the jobs he was doing when he arrived and all jobs were completed to a high standard. During the jobs, he took his time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. In other words, he took time to do things well. He was friendly, helpful and also tidied up after he had finished. We would recommend Chris to others.

The staff at Anwyl are exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout the process of purchasing our new home.Marie who was sales guide was excellent and professional, she made sure the process ran smoothly and kept us updated on the build/handover date, The site managers Keith and Scott made sure our home was up to the quality of standard we expect, they checked up on us regularly to make sure that there has been no additional issues to be addressed.The house itself has been amazing quality build, 3 bedroom house, all the choices we have requested has been completed with exceptional standard with no faults found with the house.

Super happy with my new Anwyl home. From start to finish the team have been fantastic, from Debbie, Jilly and Imogen in sales helping get all the extra options sorted just right to Ian and the team on site making sure everything was good once I got the keys. I recently bought my second house with Anwyl Homes Winnington. Firstly, the sales team Kelly and Marie were amazing. They helped me with everything giving me updates weekly on the progress of my new house and answering any questions that I had no matter how small. Once my house completed I was handed over to the builders who are fantastic. I had a few small snags and they were resolved quickly and they worked around my schedule. The whole team at Anwyl are so lovely, caring and honestly couldn’t do more to help. Such a great experience from them with both of my houses.

Today, Anwyl's technician Peter came to my home on time to help me with the en-suite ceiling painting work. He explained to me clearly the work he was about to do and completed the paint repair work. He also did some additional work that did not need to be done. It was so unexpected. Afterwards, Peter asked me if there was anything else that needed repairs. I am very appreciate. Quality Home, Attentive and Responsive Site Team

I looked at a number of new build housing estates in the area and this one stood out to me straight away with it's superior quality showhomes and very helpful and insightful salesperson (Kerry). She was very patient and happy to answer the large number of questions I had.I was kept up to date regularly with the progress of the build and the completion date was in line with initial estimates.Upon moving in, I was blown away by the quality of craftsmenship and level of finish in my new home. A big thanks to Ian Palmer and the team. It surpassed all of my expectations and every member of the site team that I have had the pleasure of meeting clearly takes pride in their work and this is definitely reflected in the finished product!I organised for an independant snagging surveyor to assess the property when I moved in and he commented that "the property is finished to a high standard with only minor items noted". I took the site team through the report and they were very receptive and diligent to go through every item with me and sorted everything within the next couple of weeks whilst working around my busy schedule.Overall I'm extremely happy with the level of service I have recieved and especially the quality of the home and the attentiveness of the site team to rectify any issues quickly.

We have been in our new home now for 5 weeks and have had excellent customer service from Ian the Site Manager so I wanted to complete another review - From moving in Ian and his team have been great, from helping out with removing unwanted soil from our garden to keeping our dog Daisy calm when we had 3 (only 3) remedial works completed, Ian and his site team are a credit to Anwyl Homes.

Crossfields development.

We have had an amazing experience moving into our Anwyl home on the Crossfields development. As first time buyers the process was daunting but Debbie made the process smooth and was excellent at communicating with us. Since moving in, Ian and his team have done everything they can to help us! Where we have had a few minor snags, Ian has always made sure that if a job was being done that it was done correctly, otherwise it wasn’t finished. He is a great asset to the company.Our only complaint would be that a month or so before completion the person in the sales office changed. The new person did not know answers to many of our questions, often important ones, which we had about the house. This was disappointing as it was often minor information.Overall, our experience with Anwyl homes has been very pleasant. We love our new home and we are so glad we chose an Anwyl home as our first family home.

Crossfields Development! Just perfect.

Couldn’t have been a better experience. 1st time buyer. We had been looking for a few years at different developments for the area we wanted and i can say with all honesty, you can tell when Anwyl are the developers. Just from images, you know who’s it is. Always finished with quality, modern finishes and the customer service is outstanding. Anwyl really know what a family needs in terms of layout of a house. It just flows extremely well. There were a few little issues with en-suite and the only reason i am mentioning it is to highlight the professionalism, skill and total care and pride the tradespeople take in their work. Everything was smooth, efficient and CLEAN!!! The site manager made us feel comfortable and looked after. Kept us updated at all times and made sure we were happy. Took the time to get to know our rescue dog and remembered our names. All this is important, especially when you’re buying your first home. The development is situated in a beautiful Catterall. It’s near the A6 but you couldn’t tell. Barely hear the road. I think my favourite bit of the house is the kitchen and the window designs. We never expected our entire experience of buying a home to be so perfect. Anwyl didn’t just build our first home they built our forever home.

Stress Free Process

We have been in our house on the Stonebridge Fold estate in Longridge for 6 weeks and already know that this was the right decision to relocate.The whole process from enquiry to the 4-week sign-off has been pleasurable. The team Debbie, Mike and Anthony were 1st class throughout. Need to do a full review really for all the people involved in our snags. A special thank you to Sophie who is so lovely and always responds very quickly. She has been very efficient with booking any jobs in we have and even contacts when there’s been a cancellation. Again any workmen we have had in have always been very polite and friendly and have completed the jobs to a high standard. This has been out first ever new build and we are very happy with the house. All problems have been fixed quickly and efficiently. As with all new builds we experienced snagging issues, most of which were due to quick installs being rushed initially. The design and layout of the house are perfect. Debbie at Crossfields was amazing throughout a very stressful move and deserves high praise. Ian has also been very attentive since the moment we moved in and made sure any problems were dealt with quickly.
