The team are amazing and very helpful! We had a long process with getting our home due to new safety acts and the solicitors but Wendy Burbridge was amazing with keeping us up to date with what was going on and was checking in with us weekly. She made our experience so comfortable and she was very helpful throughout the whole process! I would 110% recommend Pattinsons because of Wendy's service :)

I have recently sold a property via Washington Keith Pattinson. Sam Reisner went over and above to assist the sale. Her fast action and ability to communicate with all parties involved; Solicitors, finance, the various departments of Pattinson,buyer ect. culminated in a smooth sale for us.Her staff were also very polite and helpful everything I rang Washington.Sam has a strong knowledge of 3rd parties who are also competent professional people ie finance, solicitors.

Awful company, do not use, my property in auction for 2 months with no bids reduced on their advice they knew I was on a tight schedule to sell, last minute before auction ending a bid comes in but they didn't know how to get hold of the bidders, it was Pattinsons who put the bid in, I did not want to continue any further with them so they are now charging me £12,000 for NOT selling my property.Absolute thieving crooks.

GoogleWe recently sold our property through Pattinsons Morpeth and were really impressed with how well the sale of our house was done (both times!). Amanda, Lisa, Eryn and Poppy were knowledgeable, friendly and were able to advise well on all things regarding the property sale. Within hours of our property going up for sale, they had arranged multiple viewings and kept us well up to date with times, feedback and next steps. Our first sale fell through close to completion and they found another buyer within 2 days. They dealt patiently with my many questions and follow ups and were always professional, helpful and personable, helping me at every step. I would highly recommend them - they know the market extremely well and make the process as hassle free as possible...thankyou!

Carly List put my house up for sale on Monday, booked 11 viewings by Tuesday morning and sold the house by Wednesday morning. There is nobody more dedicated, invested or hard working than the girls at Pattinsons Washington, if you’re debating which estate agent to use to sell your property let this be your sign, they’re amazing and I can’t praise them enough. Will never use anyone else again.

I put an offer for a property in Newcastle (NE4). I was told that it was the best and highest offer. They asked me to send agreement in principle and then mysteriously wasted lots of time (three weeks)until someone put same amount of offer and their offer was accepted! Everything was very fishy. The staff are miss connected!

We were supposed to have a viewing today and it got cancelled 20 minutes before because they misplaced the keys. Absolutely ridiculous after having to leave work early having financial impact. Not to mention a 40 minute drive.It affected another potential sale, who also arrived at the property along with us.And unfortunately has put us off the sale of the Benlaw Grove property.

We were interested in viewing a property via Pattinson, we saw it and thought it had potential but we were too early in our selling cycle.Instead we asked to receive a property valuation, although this all went according to plan, upon receiving the email valuation this felt different to what was actually said in person and in the end this was a very different experience to the two other property valuations we received.Anyway, we completely lost all confidence in Pattinson on the whole from this experience and asked not to be contacted again. I have now received 4 additional calls from them to 'check in with us' and advise us that we can still ditch our current agency and sell via them. Honestly, would never use them to buy or sell, especially with the pushy sales techniques. A GDPR 'forget my details' request has now been sent because it's beyond a joke to keep calling when you've already been told we are not interested!

TrustpilotPoor Communication & Unsafe Living Conditions
I'm very disappointed with the handling of this issue. I collected the property key on the 4th april 25 and completed my inventory, during which I noticed the boiler/gas system wasn't working. Despite emailing, I received no positive response and had to follow up with a call. It's now been 13 days without gas or heating, and I have a toddler. I was advised to contact Northern Gas Networks myself. Fortunately, a contractor arrived within 30 minutes and confirmed an internal pipe leak. The report has been forwarded to the maintenance team, I sincerely hope this is resolved urgently.

I cannot express how greatful we were for her help.However, Pattinsons recommended the solicitors we used who were absolutely appalling. Like I say, if it wasn’t for Wendy, this wouldn’t be a 5 star review and I’d be ranting about how we were stuck with ignorant solicitors for almost a year because of your recommendation!Please do not recommend terrible solicitors. It will only decrease the trust people have in you.

Absolute cowboys, they have been mismanaging my property for a long time. First they didn’t get the contractor to repair as agreed and completely ignored my instructions and at times they approve repairs without even informing me. I would say definitely read the clauses on the contract, you can’t stop the management during tenancy tenure. sent a letter Susan Moore and she failed to even get back, horrible company!- replaying to the reply: that’s a lie I can attach the amount of time I’ve email and even sent a formal letter to your CFO Susan Moore. Absolutely shameless!

I recently moved into a property in walker using the heaton pattisons branch.This branch specifically Vicki, Hayley and James were amazing! The 4 stars are almost solely for Maria Cires. She kept in constant touch throughout the whole process keeping me informed. There were several considerable delays during this and Maria was extremely patient explaining why and doing as much as she was able to do to move things along. The fees are substantial but I feel Maria went above and beyond her normal job role to help us get to the house we had chosen. She was always on the end of the phone or email and would always respond quickly to any query I had. She was also one of the only people during the last 7 months to keep me relatively calm and sane and helped reassure me at certain times. This has been a ridiculously and unnecessarily stressful experience but Maria has helped hugely in trying to minimise this as much as she was able to. I would fully recommend her to anyone I know wishing to sell or buy as they would be in more than safer hands with Maria.

One star but I would have given negatives stars. We arranged a viewing and arrived on time. We waved at the agent in the car who was parked outside of the property and they looked at us and drove away. We tried to ring the Ashington branch and the phone just rang out then forwarded us to head office. We also rang the Morpeth branch. Both the head office and the Morpeth branch informed us that the agent should have been there for the viewing as they both checked and told us it was definitely booked. When they tried to contact the agent they told us the mobile phone was not being answered. Absolute incompetence!

I had dealings as the purchaser, not vendor and felt their service was very professional, courteous and that they had my interests in mind as much as their vendor's, which I think builds confidence.Alison was extremely helpful in arranging a second viewing, at short notice, because I am relocating and not at all local; she attended herself.I have had dealings with another Est Agent that had none of the basic information a buyer will want regarding lease, maintenance, ground rent etc, for a property they'd marketed a couple of months. Let down on a viewing too. Pattison was the complete opposite.I would happily recommend Pattison and wouldn't hesitate to use them personally, if I were selling my home in the future.
