Thank you Gio for your review, after reading the notes on your file, I can see we made an appointment on your property on Saturday 4th May 2024 for a valuation, after calling you on the morning of the appointment to reconfirm, you no longer could do it as you thought we were not coming as you had the previous estate agent not show. We then rearranged the appointment for the following Saturday 11th May 2024 with the request we call you a day before to reconfirm, we did call you twice on Friday and we also left you a message however you didn't come back to us so we cancelled your appointment, you then called us on Saturday 15 minutes past your appointment to ask where we were. We tried on two occasions to do a valuation for you and both times if was your fault that we were unable to it, so I don't feel we are unprofessional or unorganised.

GoogleTony and Paul were both very supportive and helpful. They made themselves available to us all the time. Although our purchase was slightly complicated, they acted in a very professional manner and stuck to their words. I would recommend this estate agent.
