GoogleI would say I am very happy with the services that I get from Tony Paul Estate Agents as a whole. They were always been very thorough in the process and services. I believe their fees are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them should anyone looking for reliable agent in Northolt area for purchase or sell and rent their property. I have to say that Siobhan at Tony Paul is very approachable, prompt and helpful. She never gets annoyed and take time to explain the situation and follow up to make sure that you are happy with all the paperwork. I had some situation last time but the way she allowed to walk with me, the whole process was painless and transparent. She was very thorough and most importantly had an extremely good knowledge of rental market. Thanks for the effort.

My family and I've used Tony & Paul's services on many occasions for purchases and sale of properties and their service have always been the best, and trust me I've dealt with many other estate agents throughout my portfolio. Specially, on the sale of my previous property, Tony managed to find me a buyer for my property within an hour of the previous buyer pulling out! Their fees and services are unbeatable! Will definitely be using them again. Very highly recommended. Thanks again Tony and Paul!

GoogleThey have treated my friend very unfair and are always tying to get more pocket money in cash outside the contract and not willing to spend money in any of their properties... Tony always 1 month before the contract renewal asks the tenants to repair the flats/houses in order to renew the contract as his properties have no insulation and are mouldy and smell disgusting and are very cold. I would never recommend this estate agents to anyone!!!

Mr Azemi, Firstly thank you for your review on behalf of your unnamed friend. I can only presume you are talking about Mr B R and if that is the case you are fully aware we have had to evict Mr B R through the courts due to very poor house keeping & overcrowding which was also confirmed by Ealing Council. I don't want to go on too much about this case however I do hope the next time you write a review that you write the facts.

GoogleExcellent service from Tony and Paul's Estate agency, Very tight on Compliance which is what you should expect from a legitimate Estate agency. Have had experience from other agencies but non as professional as this estate agents. They have provided me with a excellent studio flat rental which is local to all shops and services with the underground within a minutes walk. Great communication and service from start to finish.

GoogleDue to traffic we were 8 minutes late and the appointment was cancelled.... Spent 1.5h to get to the property and finally to see no agents in the area...I am 100% sure that they have an attendance list and could check if some are missing.

Good afternoon, We were at the property showing other applicants for over twenty minutes, you were emailed the time and date and you did not show up. We run a tight diary, especially on Saturdays, we don't understand how you running late constitutes a one star review, we feel the only person you can blame is yourself.

GoogleWe got an excellent service, when there is time to listen to us and understand our situation, they did so. When the lender was causing a delay, they considered the situation and were prepared to give us sufficient time. They liaised with solicitors very well to speed up the process.
