Showed around the house by Dan - friendly and helpful, while leaving us free to look around. Then, the rest of the process was managed by Britt - cheery, knowledgeable and ever ready to answer my many questions. Appreciated the weekly communication, felt well supported through the process. Can't think of any negatives, so deserving of 5 stars 🎊🎉

A professional and knowledgeable Estate Agent.The post sale back office worked tirelessly up and down the chain to assist us.During the pandemic hyper busy period first half of 2021 this was very necessary.Fees towards the first half of the range and an attitude that did not reflect an older 'land agent' view.A necessary evil , yes , but look no further for an agent.

This agent misrepresents its detail. The auction process is a scam. I successfully won a property with no reserve and although the auction has ended. The auction was reopened as presumably they did not make enough money. This is not the first time. Very dishonest agent.

Our sale progression was handled by Ilene at Redditch who was excellent from start to finish. Her proactivity and hard work ensured that our sale went through on time despite delays by our solicitor. She kept us updated throughout and was always friendly and helpful. A pleasure to do business with, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
