As a young first-time buyer with oddly specific needs and a very silly surname, I was worried that some estate agents wouldn't take me seriously (and indeed, some estate agents seemed very dubious indeed). Sam, however, was a delight to work with throughout the process. He was endlessly polite and helpful without ever becoming pushy, and did his absolute best to accommodate my many last-minute requests for a viewing. I cannot recommend him higher!

Excellent service throughout a difficult sales process which included COVID lockdown. Communication throughout the process was superb and without their input the sale would not have happened due to the failure of solicitors to deliver on time.
