GoogleCalled for a valuation on my property twice and was told I would be called back in 10 minutes. 2 hours passed by and called again and was told that I will receive a call back shortly. I did receive a call back and told the agent that I did have another agent popping out so I understand if they do not want too and she insisted. When I told her the times I was available she said she cannot make it and could only offer the time the other agent was coming. I politely refused and AP did not try to accommodate at all and did not even try and fight for the business.
Not a great first impression from an agent when you have to call back multiple times to give them business and no urgency.

The estate agent we met was called Mark Brazier and he still had someone looking, he politely told us what was happening and asked if we could wait until he had finished and gave us a brochure to look at. Upon entering he gave us as much information as he could and anything he couldn't tell us, he gave us people to contact to be able to gain that information, he was courteous and friendly but not pushy which was great. He advised us of next steps.
