Ella was very welcoming on our, she was very informative, she had good knowledge of the house and the area, Ella showed us around the house pointing out key features and let us take a look around alone to get a feel of the property. We recently used Morgan Financial Services as broker for our mortgage application. We had an initial meeting with Chris who took a personal interest in our mortgage requirements and parameters. Over the following weeks Chris and the team worked tirelessly to find us a deal that matched our circumstance and requirements.We had excellent communication with the team throughout the whole process, with Chris happy to engage by our preferred method of contact.Following completion of the mortgage offer we worked with Chris to identify appropriate insurance options and again were directed to a customised package that met our family needs.After sales were dealt with by Rebecca who was equally professional and thorough in dealing with any enquiries that we raised.The end to end experience was pleasant, pressure free and value for money. I was naiive about selling a property

I was naiive about selling a property. Joe was absolutely excellent. He advised what to do with my interest being paramount. He advised selling it at auction. I was guided by him with the reserve price to set and wasn't disappointed, it sold for a considerable more than I ever expected. If I had gone down the conventional route it may not have reached the reserve price. Thoroughly recommend, not pushy or in your face, just had my interest covered. Real nice experience.

5 star service so far - highly recommend

We decided to go with APMorgan to sell our house, this decision was based on the initial meeting with Joe (not pushy, very knowledgeable and personable) and the ratings and reviews on here compared to other local agencies we’d got valuations from. We are (so far) extremely pleased we did. The service from Joe has been fantastic, we feel he has had our best interests at heart and given us some very helpful advice when accepting an attractive offer (the day it went on the market) to helping us with advice on what to think about in negotiating our onward purchase (fingers crossed as this is now the next tricky part for us). A huge shout out to Chloe the photographer who not only did an amazing job of showing off our home in the photos but also went the extra mile and kept her appointment with us (thank you Chloe’s boyfriend for being the taxi) when she couldn’t drive because she came down with an ear infection. We can’t thank you enough. We’ll provide another review to let you know how our after sales service progresses but so far we really have no complaints and would fully recommend them.
