Great service from Manny and the Redditch branch. Viewings booked quickly due to our unusual circumstances, my partner is in the forces and so we have very limited joint availability. We’re over the moon with our fully accepted offer, within 5 days of our first viewing. Dean Russell, mortgage and protection advisor, was a great help to us in the financial qualification stage. Agents acting for vendors in what proved to be a very protracted affair. Really did their best to keep us as the purchasers fulled appraised of the situation and went out of their way to chase up on issues relating to our sale which they didn't need to do. Constant communication and offers of support - can't fault them and a special mention for Elysia and Alix.

Not quite met any who is a service provider that's so helpful and committed to providing the best service. Went to view a house today, the lady was lovely and really helpful with questions we have and showing us around the house, telling us things we might forget to ask about the house. People I have spoke to on the phone aswell are all lovely and helpful, nothing was to much hassle for them.
