Amazing service; the team are highly knowledgable and were fantastic helping me all the way along. House sold lightning fast; they absolutely get it done. Price was reasonable and they are very well connected for great complimentary services that supported my move. I have felt very well looked after. Would definitely recommend time and time again.

what a fantastic service off this estate agent. from the initial contact,to the viewing,to the after sale care .we had issues with solicitors up and down the chain. but the after sales (eysia at the stourbridge office) followed up all the issues and resolved them professionally . this estate agent may be young but they give a personal service to each client better than the more established estate agent

I had a very strong opinion on what should be emphasised about the house - these included the location, general size, large garden, all big ticket items replaced and safety checks completed satisfactorily. Mark picked up on these and immediately led the viewings from this aspect in a very positive but subtle way. He showed the property in a very honest and straightforward fashion and I felt he made all the viewers feel comfortable and at ease. From my perspective it was an enjoyable and stress free experience. By the time I arrived home after the viewings, there were already two offers in my email inbox. The property was previously managed by another estate agent and I was very disappointed with that experience - from initial photographs and write-up to the 'offers' received, so these dealings with A P Morgan and Mark & Paul this morning have gone a long way to remedy that disappointment. The only small criticism I would have is that with six back-to-back viewings on 15 minute intervals, was not giving the viewers quite enough time for proper discussion. I felt that a couple of the viewers would have appreciated a little longer to get answers to questions they had, as there is quite some history with the house. Overall, extremely happy.

Only just put the house on the market but just wanted to mention Chloe the photographer, She took some great photos really making the most of the rooms and garden area. The brochure was with me the same day and so was the house on the market with all photos, room plans and wording being agreed.
