They did exactly what I asked for to make selling my house as stress free as possible. I have a very busy schedule and they did the viewings for me so I didn’t have to worry about taking time off. Any queries were dealt with promptly and all staff were very polite and friendly.

We put an offer in for a house was told to come in to see the financial advisor for the mortgage..my husband took a day off work and we took all our necessary paperwork with us that we was told to bring..we saw a guy called dean(Redditch) what can I say the guy was disappointing from the minute go..we expected him to go through all the options with us and Search the market for the best mortgage but was told he can't do anything because we haven't bought our paper work.I said it's all here the payslips and bank statements were in our phones and I said we can email you them he replied oh yes you can do that..cut the story short we was told he will have a look when his free and he'll let us know later on,we never heard back from him.We received nothing but negative vibes from him...WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME..

A P Morgan have been great from the beginning. From the initial consultation to completion. The whole team have been friendly and professional, with no matter too small and exceptionally helpful. Ilene sold our home just in time as we could not secure our new home until we were in a completed chain. She always met us with a smile and is always bubbly towards our daughter. Chains are never easy and Ilene did an excellent job keeping the communication between sellers so it didn’t break down, as it did come close once. I would recommend AP Morgan and I think Ilene deserves to be recognised for the asset to the team she is. A bonus or a pay rise is in order, well done Ilene!
