Having first gone on the market with another agent we were disappointed with the service received and decided to try A.P. Morgans(Redditch). How pleased we are that we did. Joe certainly gave the impression of being very open and realistic, even offering a flat rate if they were unable to sell at the asking price. A slight hiccup over the Christmas holiday was overtaken by a sudden surge of interest and our sale was agreed.Unfortunately our sale was part of a rather long chain and there were several issues at the top of the chain. Throughout the frustrations Ilene was a constant source of support and made the stressful process more manageable. Ilene was in constant communication with us and our solicitors, ensuring we were aware of everything that was happening(to her knowledge). She showed consummate professionalism and a calm demeanour through quite a challenging time and our trust in her in turn kept us more calm. She has been over and above exceptional and we really can't thank her enough for navigating us through this tangled web!

I viewed a two bed property In Brierley Hill today with my parents and we were guided by Corinne. She was very helpful and friendly and gave so much assistance compared to other agents I have seen from other companies. I felt very at home and ease with Corinne and gave so much advice as a first time buyer it's very daunting. I really would recommend Corinne to assist anyone :)

Evie was a lovely young lady who made us welcome. She showed us all the fittings in the kitchen ie dishwasher, fridge and freezer which were hidden in the new kitchen cupboards. She also drew our attention to the log burner in the lounge as another source of heat without using the gas. If all your staff are as nice and helpful as Evie then you have got an extremely good business. First class.
