GoogleVery poor service. Very very disappointed. I won’t recommend William H Brown to anyone. I am personally never ever going to use them. Very poor service from the lettings team.

GoogleCouldn’t fault Paul who got us a mortgage and sorted everything so quickly for us during a challenging year of covid 19. He explained any queries I had and reassured us at all times, if we ever decide to move I’d definitely use him againPositiveResponsiveness

Googleyou want to buy a house, no problem, you can see it and make an offer, but no one will call you with the information that the house has been sold a long time ago, .

GoogleAbsolutely useless. Unprofessional and incompetent. They ignore phone calls, text messages and emails. They like to make promises that later on they don't keep. As a tenant, do not expect anything from them to be done on time.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
