Avoid at all costs. Agents are not very helpful and when attempting to rent from them, all these additional costs kept cropping up. There are hidden costs ie. inventory, lettings contract costs.Agents are difficult to get hold of and do not return calls.

An encouraging start with a higher than expected valuation and a flexible (timewise) buyer lined up but which in the event wasn't able to be flexible and so bought elsewhere. Many subsequent viewings and second viewings but the agent failed to find a buyer to meet the agents valuation coupled with flexibility. In short, 12 weeks with this sole agency proved a complete waste of time. Regret unable to recommend.

GoogleI have used Williams alder for the sale of 2 properties in the last couple of years, the asking price was met on both occasions the sales went through without a hitch .
Always found the staff very pleasant and always kept me up to date with how the sale was proceeding , also has to be said that their rates are very competitive.
Have personally recommended them to several people and will certainly use them next time I need an estate agent.

GoogleIf you need a letting agent in Milton Keynes look no further. I have been using Williams Alder for many years and they have been excellent.
They have always found extremely reliable tenants and if we have ever had an issue with our houses they have quickly and efficiently found an appropriate trades person to rectify any problems. They have made renting our houses out a totally stress free and easy process. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone thinking of renting, either as a landlord or tenant.
