TrustpilotCheck carefully before you sign.
We took an office at Regus Brussels South Station in July 2026. The reception team has been friendly, but the service behind them has failed on almost every count, and two months of written complaints have produced no fix, no timeline and no compensation.
Internet: the wired connection to our office has a switch fault, which we were told was already a known issue. Two months later it is still not repaired and we are not getting the speed we were sold. The only alternatives offered were a paid add-on or moving to their paid wireless, neither of which gives an office the wired connection it is paying for. Our calls, meetings and printing drop out constantly.
Billing: our July and August rent was invoiced together at the end of August, weeks late, with the due date set the same day, even though our Direct Debit was active. The same day we received a warning that unpaid invoices could lead to our service being restricted. Regus later told us to disregard it. When we then paid both invoices by card as asked, one payment was taken from our account but has not been applied, so our latest statement asks us to pay it again.
Mail and parcels: before signing we were told the team would take care of receiving our goods and deliveries. Courier collections were missed on three separate days, leaving customer orders sitting for several days, and a parcel we handed to reception staff has never been traced.
We have escalated in writing several times, including to senior management. Replies, when they come, repeat the same information without answering the questions. We are still waiting for a repair date and a compensation proposal.
If you need an office you can rely on long term, check carefully before you sign.

TrustpilotWe had booked meeting room spaces for…
We had booked meeting room spaces for October 2026 at Regus Rotterdam (TOO Delftse Poort) and canceled them well in advance, complying fully with their 20-day notice policy (Section 6.1.3).Despite our cancellation being made a full 20 days prior (on September 16, 2026), Regus customer support resorted to absurd calendar/business day manipulation games to reject our refund rights and issued an automated, unjustified invoice (Invoice #5584-26-1590INV) for 893,52 EUR on the exact same day. They attempted an immediate unauthorized charge on our card for services that were never going to be utilized. Their automated template responses ignore basic arithmetic and customer rights, attempting to penalize clients heavily regardless of whether a service is used or not. Fortunately, we blocked our payment methods in time to prevent this predatory charge. Regus is more interested in trapping clients with hidden penalty traps than providing a functional workspace. Account ID: 16584000. Avoid if you value transparent business practices!

I must say that River Crossing by far has surpassed all expectations. We are extremely satisfied with this property. The maintenance team is top notch. Ian in particular goes above and beyond in his performance. Always super professional and does things that aren’t even his responsibility. Works with integrity and pride and makes us all the more satisfied and happy that we chose this property. Kelly has been a complete joy as well. We couldn’t ask for a better team here at River Crossing. If you are in the market for a rental property then look no further.

TrustpilotTerrible experience
Terrible experience. The billing and customer service is terrible. The bills will keep coming, they wont pay you your deposit back. When you call customer service, no one will come back to you in a timely manner. Lots of the check is in the mail promises. Its completely bogus. Either there is no customer service training or they are all in on the scam. Do not do business with them. They are betting you dont have a legal team to fight them and will just go away. Check reddit, BBB reviews too. There is a thread on reddit that gives instructions for what to do if you have been a victim of Regus. Also they got outed on Linkedin for this behavior as well! Trust pilot wont let me share the links.

TrustpilotRegus N Oracle Rd Tucson
Our experience at the Regus office on Oracle Road in Tucson has been horrible. We dealt with recurring building access and maintenance problems. The Area Manager also used profanity about our company in front of employees and job candidates.
The most serious incident involved the unauthorized opening of a FedEx package containing an employee paycheck and confidential payroll information. FedEx delivered it to reception on Wednesday. Our company name appeared twice on the shipping label, along with our address and suite number. Nevertheless, it was marked “undeliverable,” taken from the center, and opened before being delivered to us.
We received no notification. Our employee asked about the missing paycheck on Friday, prompting their staff to track it down. Then suddenly the manager returned the opened package, acknowledged opening it, and said she had been about to return it to the sender, even though both the exterior label and the enclosed payroll document identified our company.
Opening our payroll package without permission exposed confidential employee information and represented a serious breach of trust. Regional management dismissed the incident as an accident, which did not adequately explain the opening, removal, or delay.
Regus agreed to let us out of our lease, and we are moving out. We’re thrilled with our new office at The Post (down the street). We cannot recommend this Regus location.

TrustpilotFrom:Daughters of S.Kutlu ,(Regus is a Scam)
From:Daughters of S.Kutlu
Subject: FORMAL COMPLAINT & APPEAL, 5.5 Years Zero Service, Refund Denied, Harassment & Coercion
Regus Account: Reference name: Online English School, Account holder: S. Kutlu
Location: 7030 Woodbine Avenue, Steeles Markham, Suite 500
To Regus Customer Service, Finance Department, and Senior Management
We write this letter as the daughters and family of Mr. S. Kutlu, the sole legal holder of this account. ", Our father is the only person who holds this account. And he has been treated very unfairly.
As a family, we have watched him go through so much stress over this. We are writing this because we care about him, and because what has happened is simply not right.
1️⃣ FIVE AND A HALF YEARS, PAID EVERY MONTH, RECEIVED NOTHING
From 2021 until April this year, our father paid between $60 and $76 CAD every single month for mail scanning and forwarding services at your Markham location.
Not once was any service provided.
Recently, he received one large envelope in the mail, containing every single piece of mail that had arrived for him over five and a half years. "no scanning or mail forwarding services were ever activated" on his account.
He paid faithfully every month, for absolutely nothing. This is not right. It feels like a scam.
2️⃣ PROMISED REFUND, THEN PRESSURED TO SILENCE HIMSELF
On September 29, he was promised for a partial refund of $1,128 CAD, just a small part of what he actually paid. Since then, your representatives have been saying completely different things:
- One person said: "We will refund $1,128 CAD right away."
- The next day, someone else sent him future-dated invoices for November, for a service he had already stopped using months ago.
- Another person said only $745.80 could be refunded, with no explanation why.
- Then came the most disturbing part: Your representatives told him clearly, remove your Trustpilot review first, and only then will we consider giving you your money back. They offered him $200 now, the rest later, but only if he stayed silent. If he didn't remove his review, they said the debt collector would keep calling.
This is not business. This is coercion. This is not how you treat someone who trusted your company for years.
3️⃣ CONTRACT RENEWED WITHOUT PERMISSION, NOW HE IS BEING CHASED FOR MONEY HE DOES NOT OWE
Our father stopped paying six months ago because he realized he was paying for nothing. Instead of closing his account, Regus kept it open, renewed it automatically, and now a collection agency is demanding $758 CAD from him, for services that never existed.
He is not the one who owes money. You are the ones who owed him a service, and you never delivered it.
📢 WHAT WE ARE ASKING, AS A FAMILY
1. Refund the $1,128 CAD immediately, to our father, S. Kutlu. That money belongs to him. It is not a favor, it is what he is owed.
2. Stop the debt collection immediately. The $758 CAD claim is unjustified. Confirm in writing that this debt is withdrawn, that nothing is owed, and that his credit will not be affected.
3. Close his account permanently. Confirm that no further charges will ever be issued to him.
We expect these things to happen within 5 business days.
If this is not resolved fairly:
- His Trustpilot review will remain, and more people will hear what happened;
- We will file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Consumer Protection Office of Ontario, and all relevant authorities;
- We will share every email, every invoice, every promise that was broken.
Our father is a good man. He trusted Regus. As his daughters, we have watched him feel anxious, confused, and harassed. We are speaking up because someone should.
Regus claims to be a professional company. Professional companies deliver what they promise. They do not hold refunds hostage to silence reviews. They do not send people to debt collection for services they never provided.
This experience has made us feel that Regus operates more like a scam than a legitimate business. We hope you will prove us wrong, by doing the right thing, immediately.
Respectfully,
Daughters of S. Kutlu
On behalf of our father and our family

TrustpilotBilling chaos every single month
We signed a simple $328/month office rental with Regus Syosset and set up autopay from day one. Since the second month, almost every invoice has been wrong, incorrect charges, unauthorized add-ons, credits applied and then mishandled.
The latest: their autopay system under-charged our card on September 15 ($202.52 instead of the correct amount). We were never notified of any shortfall. Then they hit us with a $31.66 late fee (invoice 1169-33049) for their own system's error. Their own community associate confirmed in writing on October 6 that the fee is invalid, yet their Finance department now refuses to waive it, claiming it is "valid."
Worst of all is the runaround: every reply tells you to open a new inquiry in their portal, and each time you start over with a new staff member who knows nothing of your case history. My dispute email to their Account Helpdesk has been completely ignored.
All we want is to be charged our agreed monthly rental. Instead we spend hours every month fighting their billing department. Avoid if you value your time.

TrustpilotOne of the worst experiences we've had with a business provider
Avoid Regus - a genuinely troubling experience.
UPDATE:
Regus reported my original review for mentioning an employee’s name, and Trustpilot removed it. I have now removed the name, although positive reviews mentioning the same employee remain online. It’s difficult to understand why the name is an issue in a negative review but apparently not in a positive one.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
We rented an office from mid-January 2026 on a monthly rolling basis and left at the end of June 2026.
During that time, it turned out that the office did not have working air conditioning. We repeatedly asked for this to be fixed or for us to be moved to another office with working AC - other offices in the same centre did have working AC - but we were told that the full HVAC system needed to be replaced and that there was no clear date for when this would happen. As a result, we ended up working in an extremely hot office during the heatwaves, despite raising the issue several times.
To make matters worse, after we left, we received an invoice for restoration fees. At the start of the agreement, the documents we were given showed restoration charges of £24/m², although these charges were never verbally explained to us before entering into the agreement. After we left, we were charged £35/m², which is nearly 50% more.
During our time there, we were never informed of any change to the restoration charges or to the House Rules provided at the start of the agreement. When I disputed the invoice, the community manager, referred me to the House Rules, which state the £35/m² charge and confirm that the rules "may change from time to time" - but the very same sentence continues "on reasonable notice." That is the key point we repeatedly asked her to address: when and how were we given reasonable notice that the restoration charge had increased from £24/m² to £35/m²?
Despite asking this several times, we never received an answer. Instead, she relied on the part of the sentence that allowed the rules to change while completely ignoring the condition requiring reasonable notice of those changes.
How can you amend an agreement between two parties without informing the other party at all of those changes, which you are required to do, and then claim money based on changes you made unilaterally, without both parties ever being made aware of them?
Since then, I have repeatedly asked them for clear answers regarding the disputed invoice and the basis for the increased charge, but I have not received a proper response.
After leaving the office, we also started a new virtual office agreement so that we could temporarily keep our registered address there while arranging a new permanent address. Regus then cancelled that agreement because we had not paid the disputed invoice, despite the dispute itself not having been properly addressed and the points we raised remaining unanswered. The virtual office agreement was separate from the disputed charge, yet it was cancelled without any proper prior explanation.
We also requested the return of our deposit on 7 July and received confirmation that the request had been received and would be processed within 30 days. As of 23 September 2026, 78 days later, the deposit had still not been returned. We sent several emails asking for an explanation and an update, but again received no meaningful response.
There were several other issues throughout our time there, which I've decided not to include here to keep this review from getting even longer.
Based on our experience, avoid Regus at all costs. They claim the House Rules form part of the agreement, and those same House Rules require reasonable notice of any changes, yet they broke that agreement themselves by changing charges without telling us, then had the nerve to enforce those same changes against us. This isn't a case of a minor oversight; it's a company that picks and chooses which parts of its own contract it wants to honour, and ignores the rest whenever it's inconvenient. If you value being dealt with honestly, look elsewhere.

Rex House London would benefit from a more modern, professional and welcoming environment, with upgraded facilities and a wider selection of complimentary refreshments for both visitors and office occupants.
In particular, businesses renting permanent private offices should have access to a greater variety of refreshments at no additional cost, as part of the services included in their office rental.
Additionally, takeaway coffee cups with secure lids should be provided, allowing us to serve coffee and other hot drinks to our visitors more conveniently, safely and professionally, particularly when taking refreshments into private offices or meeting rooms.
These improvements would enhance the overall experience for tenants and their guests and better reflect the standards expected of a premium Central London office location.

TrustpilotRegus Town Square - A Study of Ridiculousness
Regus Town Square has some of the most inconsistent services and frustrating management practices I have experienced.
In the approximately 10 months we have rented office space at this location, there have been five different front desk receptionists and an assistant district manager covering the front desk. The constant turnover has contributed to a noticeable lack of consistency, accountability, and communication.
At one point, our office trash was not emptied for an entire month. We were then informed that tenants were responsible for cleaning their own rented spaces, only for management to reverse that decision and confirm that janitorial services would continue. Now, they have changed their position yet again, announcing that rented offices will only be vacuumed once per week and tenants are responsible for removing their own trash.
These changes are particularly frustrating because we are still operating under an executed office service agreement, yet Regus continues to change the services being provided without any corresponding reduction in our monthly rental fees.
Access to the building has also been an ongoing issue. Our access cards have not been working properly for five weeks, with no meaningful updates or resolution. When we request information, the response is essentially, "We already told you we're looking into it." Escalating concerns to Regus corporate is equally frustrating because they simply redirect us to the same front desk staff and assistant district manager who have been unable to resolve the problems.
For a company that markets itself as a provider of professional, fully serviced office spaces, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. We pay for a professional workspace so our team can focus on running our business, not so we can repeatedly chase management for basic services, functioning building access, and answers to unresolved issues.
The most disappointing part is the complete lack of accountability. Services change without meaningful communication, problems remain unresolved for weeks, and there appears to be no effective escalation process when local management cannot provide solutions.
I would strongly caution any business considering Regus Town Square to carefully evaluate what services are actually included, obtain those commitments in writing, and understand that the level of service you receive when signing your agreement may not be what you experience throughout your lease term.
We are looking forward to moving our business elsewhere.

He was given a room without windows (rather depressing) and a door that won't shut properly, so it's impossible to conduct private work conversations or to lock your laptop in the room when popping out for a drink or bathroom break. While on a video call with him, I could hear people talking from another room, he had to ask them to please be quieter.

Cleanliness was another major issue, the smell as you walk in.
