It’s rare to find a firm of estate agents who consistently acted with professionalism and integrity, and that’s from a buyer’s perspective! I’d particularly like to mention Natalie, who was incredibly friendly and kept us updated every week throughout the process. Her updates were always insightful and helped us understand how things were progressing within the chain, giving us confidence and reassurance at what can otherwise be a stressful time. In fact, I genuinely looked forward to receiving her Friday afternoon calls! Nick also handled the negotiations with great professionalism and went above and beyond by supporting the resolution of a post-sale issue (unrelated to the agency). Many agents would have simply walked away once the sale was completed, but Nick continued to help and support (both parties) until the matter was amicably resolved. A truly professional and friendly team. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

After care makes all the diffrence, This is a rewrite of my earlier reveiw, and the reason for the change is the detail in the after care, while my firest reveiw was daming it was mostly due to a few things that had maybe not come over as well as they should but after a conversation with T, it was easy to see how things had become a little lost and T was not only understanding but also very good at exsplaining why things whrere done they way they was done. It was refreshing to have the conversation and also to know that points had been taken on, so for the after care and the genuine passion of T, I have changed my reveiw to a 5, I would also say that maybe I to was fast to give a low rating as its easy done, when looking back from day one T haqd herself given good service and taken time to know us and make sure that we was settled in a home that was good for us at the time, however now we have out grown it.

We thoroughly recommend Jackson-Stops Northampton, from the initial discussions around the properties we liked (Great insights, knowledge of the area & general house buying & selling advice). Robert led the initial discussions around the property we wanted to purchase (ongoing, would check in from time to time) & as our sale progressed we were looked after by Natalie, who really managed the process, Natalie actually spoke to everyone in the chain & knew exactly what was going on, often before we did, and would have a 'solution' to a problem you weren't even aware of. Really proactive. This is the first time we have moved in over 20 years & we did look at multiple properties & communicated with a lot of different selling agents, Jackson Stops really stood out as the most straight forward to deal with, very supportive (house moving is somewhat stressful) & if we move again would be very happy to buy again through Jackson Stops.

From initial valuations we immediately sensed JS were the right estate agent for us, supported by strong recommendations from people we trust.
