We had an incredibly positive experience selling our home through Jackson-Stops. We couldn’t fault the service we received, from the initial valuation right through to completion. We priced our home competitively and secured multiple offers within a couple of weeks, achieving the guide price. Sadly, we lost our buyer a few weeks later, but we went back to market and, once again, achieved the guide price within just a few days. Sadie on reception was always incredibly helpful and efficient, particularly when arranging viewings and providing us with feedback. Ian Denton handled our sale, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly. He was professional, proactive and went above and beyond throughout the process. We were buying an onward property through a different agent and, unfortunately, had a very poor experience with a lack of communication and proactivity. Ian was instrumental in helping to keep our onward purchase on track, regularly chasing the solicitors involved as well as our onward agent when necessary. An honest, professional and genuinely helpful agency. We would thoroughly recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone looking to sell their home.

Our property took quite a while to sell but the staff at Jacksons never lost faith. Stephanie continued to host viewings and was very knowledgeable about the house. Nick Patterson kept insisting that the property was good and it was just a matter of finding the right buyer and they did. Once the conveyancing started Natalie constantly kept us in touch with the proceedings. Jackson-Stops certainly earned their commission and I would recommend them to anyone who wished to sell their home. Many thanks to all members of staff.

I had a fantastic experience buying my home through Jackson-Stops Northampton. Natalie Kovacs, Sales Progressor, provided customer service that was truly beyond my expectations. Her weekly updates were always helpful and informative, and she kept a firm grip on the entire chain throughout the process. What stood out most was that I genuinely felt she cared about me and the progress of my purchase. I never felt like I was just another customer. Her communication, dedication, and personal approach made what was a stressful situation much more manageable. Becky Knuff was also lovely to deal with. She was extremely informative about the location, neighbourhood, and the property itself, and was always helpful and approachable. Although I didn’t list my house with Jackson-Stops, I feel very lucky to have purchased my home through them. If I ever decide to sell in the future, I would not hesitate to contact Becky and Natalie again. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them both, and I would highly recommend their service!

Imogen was incredibly helpful throughout the process of finding our new rental property. We found a property we loved, and Imogen and the team were fantastic in providing information about the local area and nearby amenities. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Imogen kept us updated every step of the way, clearly explaining what was required and when, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. I recently bought a house through this estate agent and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Christine and Natalie were especially brilliant, they consistently went above and beyond to support us, even when we were struggling with timings because of having a young baby. She went above and beyond by offering any further help about local services once we'd moved. Where do I even start with Natalie and Nick at Jackson-Stops Northampton? From the very first day to months after I’d moved in, they were simply wonderful, and I feel so lucky to have had them by my side. Nick was my negotiator, and he worked brilliantly between me and the seller. Communication was clear and open the whole way through, so I always knew where things stood. Natalie was my sales progressor and looked after me throughout the entire process. Whenever I needed to go back for a second viewing, she arranged it without any fuss. She kept me informed at every stage, answered every question, and always made me feel like a priority rather than just another sale. Buying a home is a big, emotional thing, and she made it feel so much less stressful. One of the most special parts of this whole journey was that buying the house was a surprise for my entire family. Natalie understood exactly how much that meant to me. She made me feel that this was something truly special and a huge achievement, and she treated it that way from start to finish. On the day I collected the keys with my best friend, they all played along with the surprise, and it was such an emotional moment that I’ll treasure forever. Everyone at Jackson-Stops seemed genuinely excited for me, and I honestly felt like I’d become part of their family. What really sets them apart is the aftercare. Their care didn’t stop once I had the keys. They checked in to make sure the move had gone well and that we were settling into our new home.
