Without a doubt J-G consistently stood out as the best. We were delighted with the marketing of our original property, and with how quickly and well J-G pro-actively understood our needs. I have been so so happy with Jackson Grundy in helping me to sell my house. I had actually found a new house and needed to get my house on the market as soon as possible. Ricky came and saw me in the morning and valued our house and got it on the market the same day and we had 5 viewings done by the end of that day with 2 offers. Ricky had worked so hard to get in touch with potential buyers and to get them in to view asap and was doing viewing after viewing that day, he really worked hard and got us what we needed which was a quick sale to the right buyer. I then worked closely with Becky who liaised between us, our solicitors, our buyers and their solicitors which took a lot of the stress out of my hands. I did not have to chase Becky once, she was always on top of the situation and knew exactly what was going on and regularly kept me updated, which really helped the process to run smoothly. She was fantastic and I was so impressed at her attention to detail and willingness to make the move happen without the stress. I really could not fault Becky or Ricky. I would highly recommend them both and would 100% recommend Jackson Grundy to any of my friends or family. I would not look anywhere else if I needed to sell my house again.

So my story with this estate agency while i was looking for a property i have finally found the one with jackson grundy. After months waiting the landlord was looking for a house no pressure i continued to wait then had enough started looking else where then i was at the process of purchasing another property . They then called me saying this one the landlord has finally found hes and we can crack on if i am still interested & they gave me there 100% words that its mine!! Afterwards the landlord couldn’t get that house & i have lost the one i was purchasing. Then I complained there staff said it’s irrelevant apparently!! Absolutely disgusting don’t recommend this estate agency after all these months waiting i have seen several houses they have put but no contact was made to say mr ali we have another property. Absolutely no communication skills. I feel personally this establishment needs to learn how to treat there customers i was a first time buyer with everything ready! And they messed me about! I shall not recommend this company to no one.
