FacebookPaul and Jayne, where to start. Paul valued our property and we were very happy with the valuation considering we knew it was the wrong time to put it on the market (November) at the time but they knew time wasn't on our side as we were looking at a once in a lifetime opportunity of getting our final home. They said they wouldn't push us to sell and never did, as i had to call Paul to confirm our sale with him and organise a time to book photos to suit us to list our property with no pressure and no upfront costs. We had a private purchase also which Paul helped with our sellers side to make sure everything went smooth for us both as he knew how much this process meant to us to get completed to get our dream home. It's been 6 weeks since we moved and 7 months since the sale was agreed (longer due to waiting for probate on our purchase) and i have never once received a request for anything from either Paul or the Ewe Move team and i find this an example of something completely different from what you would expect from estate agents and would highly recommend Paul as the best out there to help you get what your looking for with no pressure, just something different from your standard agents, thank you!

FacebookI was recommended Paul and Ewe move after multiple bad experiences with another online estate agent. This recommendation could not of come at a better time for us, after nearly loosing the purchase of a very sentimental house to my family, Paul and Jayne stepping in to go above and beyond to ensure our current house sold quickly and for our asking price! After our offer was accepted we was swiftly passed to an after sales team to ensure the remainder of our process was dealt with quickly and with no issues being left to cause the sale to fall through. This process was incredible and allowed us to relax whilst they constantly chased both legal teams for progress updates before passing the information on to us, this is also all part of the service that Ewe move provide. We have since completed and now own the house which will hopefully stay in our family for generations to come. We can’t thank Ewe move enough for all the hard work and incredible service we received. We really hope to stay in contact to sell and purchase future investments with Ewe move!

FacebookWhat a brilliant service! We first met Paul on a viewing and found him extremely knowledgeable and professional so did not hesitate to use him to sell our house. Ewe Move are completely different to your High St estate agent. From the marketing, the home launch and the ease of use for clients to book viewings online. The launch day is such a good idea. Go out for the day, leave them to it and come back to a sold house hopefully! No waiting around for people to come and view at different times and days. Paul or Jayne always attend the viewings. Once you have sold their sales progression team are superb, this can make a huge difference as they are the ones chasing through your sale with the solicitors. You have an app to monitor progress and calls/emails every week with an update. They really are a cut above the rest! Thank you to Paul, Jayne and Sharon for all of your help with our move.

The time Paul takes to take the photographs shows in the results. Paul and the team were beyond helpful when it came to any issues with our chain and nothing was too much trouble for them! Paul restored our faith in estate agents after using three agents who did nothing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us! I would recommend Ewemove to anybody, just purely for the fact that they have the best sale boards!

FacebookPaul Chant at Ewe Move Northampton North has been absolutely wonderful to work with. We decided to put our house on the market right after things started to unlock from the COVID crisis. We contacted Paul (as we had used Ewe move to sell our last house) and he got back to us within an hour or so. We had a chat over the phone and he came over to see the house at our earliest convenience. He was patient and kind and answered all of our questions in a very honest way. After about 10 days on the market our situation changed and we needed to push the sale of our house back by about a year, which means we had to take it off the market. When we told Paul and he was completely supportive and understanding and never made us feel bad about the decision. He was much more concerned about our welfare than losing a house (temporarily). There is no doubt in my mind that when we put the house back on, we will use him. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling!
