Sarah was our estate agent from when we started renting the house for few years ago, we never had any issue dealing with the letting though out the tenure. We decided to sell the house as our circumstances changed, discussed with Sarah, she helped us with advertising the house on market, it took her 25 - 30 viewings and numerous visits to the house to find the right buyer, we never had her complain or not even a sign of dissatisfaction on the amount of effort she had to put in over a period of 5 months when our property was in the market. Professional, knowledgeable, and proactive, providing spot-on pricing advice and stunning marketing photos that attracted serious buyers quickly. Can’t recommend Paul highly enough. Having found the house we wanted we needed to sell our house quickly. From the moment of instruction Paul was super efficient and created a great listing. I have nothing but the highest praise for Paul, Jayne and Fiona at Ewemove. I doubt many folk have been through such a stressful property sale as mine, or that Paul and the team at Ewemove have ever experienced anything quite like it. (It fell through 4 times, and almost a 5th at the eleventh hour, and the other side’s solicitors were unbelievably difficult to deal with). Yet with dogged determination and absolute commitment to seeing it through, the team hung in there to the bitter end, patiently and professionally, going above and beyond to ensure a successful outcome. Special shout out to Fiona in ‘progressions’ - she was every bit as committed as Paul and Jayne and was incredible in how she handled the issues (and emotions!) along the way. What a great joy it was to purchase our first home with Louise. When i first spoke to Louise I said to her ‘we want to see this house but it’s out of our price range’ and she said ‘there’s no harm in looking’ fast forward 24 hours and we put an offer in in, spoke to our mortgage advisor and within 48 hours a price had been agreed and we brought our first home as a family. She wasn’t a typical pushy estate agent making out things were bigger than they are or try and over sell the property. Louise was great and is a lovely person!
