GoogleI am a second time home owner. The first time I used another company for advice, after meeting with Rachel Marlow when I was selling that property, it proved to me that I was taken advantage of on my first purchase by this original company. (A very familiar story to most people I am sure!) Rachel takes the time (in fact several times over) to ensure that I understand every step of the process, and has always come back to me incredibly quickly if I have needed reassurance on anything. Never have I found dealing with large sums of money and stressful situations as relaxing as Rachel makes this. She is incredibly approachable and very professional, and has never made me feel overwhelmed when going through this process. I have met with Rachel several times now, and every single time has been an absolute pleasure, she works incredibly hard to make sure I have had the best deals and the most support. All of the staff at Connells have made me feel very welcome every time I have been in, I purchased my current property with their support and it was second to none, a big thanks to the team for that also. Rachel you have a customer for life with me! Thank you so much for your help and support.

GoogleAs a former estate agent of 30 years experience, and current property developer I have considerable experience of dealing with mortgage brokers, both personally and on behalf of others. I have found good brokers to be few and far between, especially in recent years. It was therefore a welcome experience to deal with Rachel Marlow at Connells Northampton. Rachel arranged buy to let finance for my wife and I. She was very clear and concise in explaining the products that best suited our requirements, and the information that she required from us. We were kept fully informed of progress throughout, both by Rachel and her assistants. I would no hesitation in recommending Rachel and will definitely be using her again.

GoogleSorry for being so negative but I have been waiting for call back from Georgie in regards to property I am interested in but she never returns the call, so how am I supposed to do business with them and other staffs always tell me to wait for George's call they say they got no clue. Connells please improve your customer care service. Thanks

GoogleHad rented a property from Connells. They was very quick in completing admin for me to secure the property however at the end of the tenancy trying to get the deposit back has been a nightmare. Left the property on the 24th August and am still waiting on the 9th October. Phones calls and emails have been ignored. Will never use these again.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleMy experience with Connells has been fantastic. I had our mortage go through with their mortage advisor -Rachel Marlow. She went above and beyond to find the best rate and loan that works for us and I really appreciated how much of her personal time she gave towards helping us get on the property ladder. I could not recommend her enough!
