She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the local market and the selling process in a clear and honest way. Georgia provided a well-considered valuation along with practical advice on how to best present the property and next steps should we decide to proceed. There was no pressure at any stage, which we really appreciated, and she was approachable and easy to communicate with throughout. Although we have decided to delay our move for now, we would not hesitate to return to Georgia in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone considering selling their home. Cannot thank the team at Connels enough for the amazing service they gave my fiancé and I in the purchase of our first home together. The whole team was readily available for any questions we had about the process and we got a really lovely gift along with our new keys. I have to give an extra shout out to Georgia however who was one of our favourite agents to view houses with. On top of that, she found our house for us and knocked it out of the park. She seemed to understand exactly what we wanted straight away and sent us the specs for a house coming on the market end of the week. We urgently needed to rent out a property that had been sitting on the market with another agent for several weeks without any progress. After speaking with Makayla at Connells, she confidently assured us that she could secure a tenant within a week at the price we wanted. True to her word, Makayla delivered. She was extremely professional throughout the process, kept us regularly updated, handled all the paperwork efficiently, and successfully rented the property in just over a week. Molly provided excellent support alongside Makayla, guiding us through the landlord and tenant setup and promptly answering the many questions we had along the way. Really bad experience. Was looking for a decent size flat really quick and turned into a massive pain. Got given a property with no Fob for private car park (still not arrived) Property came with no toilet seat Property came with wardrobe half broken unable to use. Property came with Internet router that doesnt work. Having to install my own. Property was furniture but i only got told the day before so ive had to schedule my own storage and removals (Connells did not care) for furniture that isnt mine. My car was vandalised in the whole process of this and moving. And I've been here for 1 whole month with no resolution Ended up being the biggest headache for weeks!!!!! and still on going!!

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Wiktoria at Connells. Despite my excitement about finding a new home, her unprofessionalism and lack of transparency left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client. I emailed Connells last month to request my home let report, which I believe is my right as a tenant. Shockingly, Wiktoria outright refused to provide me with the report, claiming that my referencing did not go through and I have to get in touch with Homelet but Homelet is refusing This was quite surprising, as I had not been informed of any issues during the application process, and I had no reason to believe that my referencing would be unsuccessful. What bothered me most was the complete lack of communication and transparency throughout this ordeal. As a tenant, I understand the importance of knowing the outcome of my referencing. Denying me access to the report hindered my ability to make informed decisions about my tenancy, and I was left in the dark without a clear explanation for the refusal. Professionalism and customer service should be paramount in the real estate industry, but Wiktoria's conduct did not reflect this. Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy and providing a clear explanation, she seemed indifferent to my frustration. I sincerely hope that Connells takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve their services. As a potential customer, I expect better treatment and respect for my rights. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Wiktoria or Connells to others seeking a reliable and customer-oriented letting agency.
