GoogleI can't believe I've seen a 3 bedroom detached property valued at 250k in Northallerton on Bankhead Road that is right next to Ashlands one of the biggest council estates in Northallerton full of trouble and known as cardboard city, with flats. Ex prisoners get put in the flats. Why would you pay that amount of money to live there. This estate agent is not doing it's homework I'm happy to see I was right with what I said the house being over priced and it's had to be reduced. No one will pay that price for that location
