They helped us manage lots of challenges that arose particularly with a buyer who dropped our when his sale fell though, and then having to re market the property, where the personal service provided counted. The team at carvers northallerton were fantastic in facilitating my purchase of a beautiful property in Thirsk. The buyers buyer on my end took far longer for no reason than planned and therefore this chain was particularly challenging. Sue was great at minimizing the stress and keeping in touch and putting pressure on the right people when needed, as well as dealing well with my vendor who clearly had anger management issues. Sue was the glue that kept this same and cgsin together and did a phenomenal job, clearly she has years of experience and knows the industry inside out. All good experiences with the team at the northallerton branch, even got a moving day hamper! 10/10 reccommend, if I ever sell I will use them, a d will reccommend then to local friends if they decide to sell. We recently sold and purchased a house with Carvers and the service throughout was great! We had a huge interest in our home and Vicki at the Richmond branch did everything she could to make it go smoothly, with great communication throughout. We put our house on the market with Carvers on a Wednesday and it was sold by Saturday morning. Mike Ball was then able to support us with getting our offer accepted on the house we loved, this all happened very quickly. They listened to what we wanted, gave us useful advice and kept us well informed. We were then handed over to Laura as our sales progression representative, who throughout the whole process was superb. Alongside Val who supported in Laura's absence, they both kept up well informed and have great patience in the more stressful moments. Overall, our experience with Carvers couldn't have gone better and we were able to buy and sell a property smoothly. An exceptional professional breath of fresh air the whole team made the sell of our property effortless.
