Bridgefords have been amazing. They have gone the extra mile to meet my no notice last minute needs with regards to viewing my intended property. Tony and Georgia have also patiently helped me talk through my confused decision making process, more than once. Thank you Bridgefords I am truly looking forward to my unexpected new life in Northallerton. Oh I almost forgot, both Tony and Georgia, seemed to genuinely enjoy meeting me and showing me around. Their professionalism still felt comfortable, personalised. Just like a new home should.

I wish to recommend Dwight Scaife (Countrywide Mortgages) because not only he is a caring and knowledgeable professional, but also because he was successful in finding us the best mortgage option based on our personal circumstances. I had my late father's bungalow on the market with another agent for 6 months with little interest and few viewings , so changed agents to Bridgefords in Northallerton . They held an open day created interest and sold at the asking price in first two weeks! They were also very good at keeping things moving between ourselves , buyers and conveyancing solicitors. Exchanged and completed in less than 2 months , should have used them from the start. Big thanks to Georgia, Tony and all the great team. . They did what they said they would do , they certainly know what they are doing . Thank you!

Fraud risk

Refused to return deposit after tenancy ended, eventually complying four months later after we enacted formal action. Ignored all our calls and emails, and during the little communication I could get with them I was treated with more rudeness and dishonesty than I have ever experienced. In particular Deposits Manager Paddy and Leanne consistently treated us with the utmost contempt. Probably some sort of illegal operations behind the scenes. Avoid!

What can I say about Bridgfords in Bamber Bridge, what an absolutely fabulous team of professionals to deal with especially Jane Catterall!
