Outstanding in all aspects of selling a house!

Sophia Fuller, Farren Mitchell and team in the Suffolk branch were absolutely fantastic! We had used several estate agents before who were not comparable to this standard of professionalism at all. Their professionalism, helpfulness, and responsiveness was outstanding and they were above and beyond with communication and keeping us in the loop. Highly highly recommend. Edward Thomson of Strutt and Parker is the real deal in a tank full of sharks in the London real estate market. His advice when I bought a short-lease apartment in Cadogan Place was invaluable. I have since gone on to refurbish the property and extended the lease to create some real value. I’d trust Ed, whether on the buy or sell side. He’s in it for the long-term, and repeat business is his goal. A relationship, not just a quick fling!

A very good service right from the start from James and Debbie. Good advice on price and market conditions etc from James. Excellent production on the sales brochure in particular. Sold within a few days but sadly the Buyer pulled out due to health reasons. However, Debbie was able to secure another buyer again very quickly. It was good to deal with the same person throughout. Overall I have been very happy with how we were looked after by Strutt & Parker and in particular Abi. We were led down the garden path and let down terribly by the first agreed sale, but once it went back on the market Abi found us another buyer within 3 weeks, and we did then complete. Communications from start to finish were on point and timely, and I felt valued and like I was receiving the personal touch at all times. Selling a house is tough and S&P and in particular Abi, with her sunny disposition, held my hand all the way through for which I am very grateful, thank you.
