Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

From the moment we enquired with Reeds Rains in Clevedon to the moment we sold our property, they were nothing short of helpful, engaging and there when we needed them. Northwich Branch - Absolutely WorthlessIf you are a renter, please stay away from properties that use this branch.Unhelpful, always a delay, not wanting to do the work needed and mostly ignore you.They are unwilling to even speak about maintenance issues, all they do is take the rent and ignore you. Heating issue? Fix yourselfDrainage issue? Fix yourselfIssues they said they would fix once you moved in? Fix yourselfProperty inspection? Waste of time, they never turn up and ignore youI just have no idea why it’s so difficult to get things done. salford quays barance were the worst letting agents we have been unfortunate enough to have dealings with, if you can avoid them I suggest that you do. the move in inventory was a work of fiction with not a single fault or damage mentioned and the flat was filthy with numerous items of damage and disrepair that they are now trying to claim from us after moving out and leaving the place in better condition that we moved in Jessica was so tardy at arranging repairs that we gave up. never again would we deal with these people

First class service from reeds rains in Bridlington. Offered several viewings next day, Letara was informative about the properties, answered any questions gave me lots of time to check everything out. I put in an offer on one of the properties which was dealt with by Miles who was on the ball, and explained everything to me, I felt really confident that it was being dealt with very efficiently. My offer was accepted in a few days and all the paperwork etc. was done very promptly by Letara who again gave an exceptional service.
