This is the first time I have rented out a property and so the whole experience has been a new endeavour. From the first time I called Scott at littlefairs to enquire about using their services to the tenants moving in, I have nothing but good things to say. Me and my partner have just moved into a property with littlefairs and had such a good experience. This was our first rental and had such difficulty finding appropriate flats and when we did we found a place we liked we found our little experience with rental let us down. But this didn’t matter with littlefairs! They’ve been so helpful throughout the journey and are a personable and caring team. We dealt with Becki and Brigitte (via email) and have nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend littlefairs!! :)

The best letting agent i've ever dealt with as a tenant. Really personable and friendly but extremely professional. Scott and the team, particularly Brigette have made the process of moving back to the area seamless and stress-free. There was an electrical fault a few days after I moved in and they had a contractor there within 48 hours to rectify the issue and kept in touch throughout. Can't recommend them enough to any perspective tenants or landlords. Thanks again for all your help.

I have had experience of a few estate agents in the area of York and Littlefairs has been far superior in communication, efficiency and an overall positive, personable, friendly experience from the beginning. The process of moving into my apartment was well-supported by the team and in particular Becki who was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all queries as well as ensure I felt comfortable and settled in to the property well. I recently moved into my beautiful my new home with the help of Littlefairs; I couldn’t recommend them more. Becki and Brigitte were especially helpful, and ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible. As moving home can be super stressful, Becki and Brigitte did all they could to make sure everything went exactly how it should, making it super easy. They were very informative and answered any queries and questions I had, as well as fitting viewing appointments etc, to fit around my busy work schedule. They also assured me that, if I needed anything after the move, then I could contact them for help. Hopefully; I won’t be moving again for a very long time, however if I did, I wouldn’t hesitate contacting Littlefairs.

Brigitte went above and beyond for no benefit of her own. I requested a viewing unfortunately all booked. I asked for ways to help get myself in and what the landlord looks for etc. she spent 10 minutes giving me advice and talking to me. This was all in quick timing, I was made to feel at ease.
