We asked SP Sales and Lettings to find a new tenant for our rental property. It was advertised quickly and within a few days we had found the perfect tenant. Sean kept us informed of all enquiries that were received and the process was extremely easy and stress free. Karen in the office is very helpful and gave us lots of useful advice. This is a family run business and they are very conscientious and efficient. I would definitely recommend SP Sales and Lettings to anyone who needs to find new tenants.

Currently purchasing through Sean and team at SP Sales & Lettings and they've been both professional and friendly right through from when I first booked a viewing. Looking forward to dealing with them for the rest of the process. Update - The rest of the process was just as smooth and they kept me informed of progress throughout. The solicitors they referred me to (Fishers in Ashby) were also excellent and as a package everything was taken care of. They also offer property maintenance services in house which I will keep in mind for the future should I want to tinker with the new place. I would, without hesitation, use SP Sales and Lettings should my property ever go to market.

I really couldn't recommend SP Sales & Lettings enough! Sean has been fantastic with everything. The straight forward explanation of the sales process, the knowledge of the local housing market, not to mention the great customer service. Not only this but I have been charged hundreds of pounds less than all of the other local estate agents would have charged, as I shopped around beforehand and got quotes & valuations. I'm not exaggerating - my house went on the market and within 3 weeks I had 2 offers on the table for the asking price! We found the following: The team at SP Sales & Lettings are not only extremely good at their jobs, they also very friendly, very helpful and keep both buyers and sellers fully informed of what is going on. They really are a one-stop place for all the requirements of selling a house - from advising how to get a property looking at its best to providing a review of the housing market in the area as well as showing potential buyers around. They can also arrange for additional help from routinely checking an empty property to arranging gardening work or clearance of dilapidated garden sheds. This was so useful when selling the property. Just wanted to share my experience of SP sales and lettings as a first time buyer. Would have left a review on trust pilot however couldn't seem to find them on there. For context I had an offer accepted on a property on the 30th Jan. I was asked for proof of funds etc which I provided shortly after. The only thing I had left to provide was solicitors contact details in order for SP lettings to remove the property from rightmove. As a first time buyer I wanted to make the right choice for me so I didnt reach this decision until just over 2 weeks after the offer was accepted as I wanted several quotes and was about to make a payment to my solicitor of choice on the morning of the 9th feb. I kept SP updated on my progress with this regularly. However I got a call from SP on 9th feb to tell me that another offer had been accepted and the house was no longer available. What I complaining about is 1. The pushiness towards going with the more expensive solicitors associated with SP and actual rudeness at times of Karen Knight towards myself and my father when he made a call on my behalf whilst I was at work (work full time in NHS) to try to understand why the property couldnt be removed from right move. I feel that as a direct result of my dad assertively asking Karen to stop pressuring me as much to which she replied "rest assured you wont be hearing from me again" SP then opened the property up for viewings again the very next day which feels personal actually. I was not made aware they had done this which i think they should have done. 2. The communication. I later found out after my offer had been accepted that a builder was involved and this is why they had move more quickly. I had originally thought their pushiness was due to the property being on with a 2nd estate agent and they were eager not to lose their commission. Additionally when my dad made the phonecall for me to try to get a bit more info about why the property couldnt be removed from the market Rachel (surname?) gave some misleading information that once the property was removed from the market and issue of sale was given that no others offers could be made. Luckily i have only wasted time but could have easily lost hundreds of pounds with the solicitor. I will not be using this company again even if its my dream house.

BRILLIANT, PROFESSIONAL & PATIENT estate agents. Recently sold our house with SP and cannot speak highly enough of them. After being on and off the market with other agents over 2 years, the service, work ethic, professionalism and customer relations of SP are way above that of any other estate agent I’ve ever experienced. For some context, we got signed in to T&C’s with a national chain that meant they had exclusivity for 6 months. During that time we had 1 viewing. SP got us multiple viewings and offers in 1 weekend. My advice to sellers…. Avoid, avoid, avoid! I am writing this review as a buyer (my seller had their house on the market with SP Sales & Lettings). Admittedly there were delays from my side of which were out of my control, but I have never been harassed and spoken to so rudely by someone providing a service. In the end I had to insist that they spoke directly to my solicitor. Sellers….. do not use. Their unprofessional manner could put a potential buyer off and you could lose a sale.
