GoogleSP were recommended to me through a friend and colleague who said she would never use anyone else to sell their house, and from start to finish SP were amazing. One of the things I asked for was to manage expectations and they did so with everyone who came through my door. Within a week my house was sold for 6.5% above asking price. Sean came over to talk through the process and take photos, the team arranged viewings to suit my schedule. I think I spoke to pretty much everyone in the office over those first few days, everyone was so lovely and a pleasure to deal with 😊 Rachael progressed my sale through to completion and special shoutout to her as she was a massive help. Its clear everyone there is incredibly competent and genuinely cares about their team and their customers. If I ever move again I will certainly be coming back! Thank you everyone at SP!

GoogleWow - where does one even start to explain the sheer professionalism and outstanding conduct by SP Sales & Lettings. Moving out of the family home for the first time is completely overwhelming but I had nothing to fear by going through SP S&L. Initially speaking to Lucie about the property, she politely put me in contact with the representative for the property - NANCY. I must have called and emailed Nancy about 1,000 times over the space of 5 days and each and every time, she helped me the best she possibly could. No question left unanswered. She truly supported me the entirety of the process. Couldn't fault her service at all. In less than a week; I had viewed the property, been chosen as the tenant, signed the paperwork, paid the deposit and was offered a move in date. GoogleFollowing COVID19 lockdown I agreed to sell my property through SP Sales & Lettings. After a brief video call with Sean the advert went live. I received no updates from SP for the first 4 weeks and when questioning SP for feedback, I received different feedback regarding interest depending which member of the team I contacted. From my experience the team at SP did very little to justify the fee charged; I took my own property pictures, handled all viewings independently and luckily had direct contact to the buyers to push the sale through the solicitors. Throughout the advertisement and sale I did not feel SP Sales and Lettings acted in the buyers or sellers best interest. I would therefore not recommend using SP for property sales. I provided this feedback directly to SP prior to leaving this review to allow SP the opportunity to reply, however have not received anything from them to date.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThank you to sp Lettings for such a speedy service they sold our house within 2 weeks, at the time of selling we had about 6 selling agents come out to value the house and sp stood out from all the rest, there communication was excellent and it is a family run business so you can see the passion they have. Just to add the buyer of our property had told us he was so impressed on Karen’s communication on getting back to him with appointments etc. Again Highly recommended.

GoogleShocking, would not advise anybody to use these. Have your viewings interrupted by the owners friends who are clearly investors and then never hear back when you have offered full asking price and given in all of your mortgage and personal details. Nice people, terrible customer service.
Hi Russel, we do understand it is disappointing not to get the property you offered on. Unfortunately this property was very popular and we had multiple offers including yours. As discussed with you in January, the vendors decided to go with an alternative offer for the reasons I have highlighted to you in the email I sent. In regards to the viewing I do remember a comment being made to you from the person that viewed the property in the slot before you, however this in no way interrupted your viewing and was in no way connected to the vendors, unfortunately we cannot control what other people say but I did apologise because I thought myself it was a strange comment to make. We hope you find an alternative property and we are sorry that we couldn’t secure this particular property for you.
