GoogleSP deliver customer service like no other. Nancy and Charlie were amazing in helping me and my partner find our first home together. Unlike other estate agents that judge you based on credit history or past mistakes, SP were understanding and non-judgmental and treat you like a human being, they are efficient and professional at what they do and I cannot fault them!

GoogleI have recently put my house on the market with SP Sales & Lettings Estate Agents Coalville. Sean who had only just opened a shop in Coalville caught my eye with the good deal he was offering for selling with him. I booked him to come out for a free valuation. As soon as he arrived I found him to be professional, informative and very easy to deal with. My property was only on the market for a few days and sold. Post selling Sean and his mum Karen have kept in touch with myself and buyer and have made the experience far less stressful. I would highly recommend Sp Sales & Lettings Estate Agents Coalville.

From the initial phone call with Karen in the office, to the marketing and selling of the property with Sean, the Managing Director, my experience has been very positive indeed. Sean has responded quickly to all correspondence, and has been professional and reassuring at every stage so far. GoogleWe travelled from Aberdeen for weekend of house hunting and Sp sales couldn’t have been more helpful, made us feel very welcome and relaxed which we feel is very important when buying or selling a property. Since returning up north Sean has kept us very well informed on how our house purchase is going and we would highly recommend them. Can I also add as well as being a very friendly new team in coalville they are also very professional and Sean in particular knows his job inside out.

Google*EDITED* Since my review, the MD has contacted me to discuss and has resolved the issues. Didn't listen to anything I'd said and kept repeating "lovely, perfect" over and over. I've asked for my details to be removed, which was done by someone else efficiently, hence the 2 stars
