At first it all went OK had a buyer in just two weeks done all the necessary paper work and surveys and all requirements been completed but until now we're stuck and we just waited for nothing in7 months now the house is back in the market back to first step how annoying it is I do understand its a solicitor thing but they have not pushed them to work I really don't know what they are playing up we did not choose that solicitor . Wow Atherstone Bairstow Eves are absolutely fantastic!! We ended up dealing with them by chance as they were marketing the house we decided to go for and are we glad this was the agent we dealt with during the process. Start to finish, absolutely flawless! All the staff are so pleasant (a rare breed having spoken to so many others during our search for a house) and thanks to their help our purchase went as smooth as we could have hoped for! The were absolutely outstanding, they were professional.amazingly patient, understanding, friendly and approachable.
