We had an excellent experience with Robbie when purchasing our first home. From start to finish, he made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which meant so much to us as first-time buyers. Robbie was genuinely lovely to deal with. He really took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for and paid attention to our feedback after each viewing. Because of this, he was able to recommend properties that genuinely suited us, which saved us a lot of time and made the experience really enjoyable. After dealing with a few other estate agents, we honestly thought the process would feel the same everywhere, but Robbie completely changed that. He made the experience far more positive, personal and supportive. He was professional, approachable, and always happy to answer our questions, no matter how small. A Property chain typically comes with issues and delays, but Emily and her team worked above and beyond to alleviate them. Excellent service from these busy, down to earth ladies, always responsive, very understanding, on top of things, the best of all the professionals (surveyor, solicitors etc) we encountered throughout a protracted purchase and yes we were only the buyers. The other professionals could be first class too if they could learn from Sammy and Emily. We feel like Sammy is one of our friends now! It goes without saying that if we were the buyers, not the sellers and we were so confident they were working for us to get the deal done, the sellers must have been delighted too. Brilliant team.

Emily and the team at Bairstow were excellent in helping sell my late grandmothers home. Right from the initial consultation, they showed a great amount of care and compassuon. Throughout the entire process, Emily has gone above and beyond helping chase people down to make sure everything was completed on time. I'd highly recommend Bairstow Eves to anyone needing to sell their property. The only downside I would mention is I had my frustrations with the conveyancers that they recommended. While that is with a separate firm, Bairstow Eves said they are the face of their conveyancers so I wouldn’t want the conveyancers to give them a bad name!

earlier in the year (2025) this would have been a 1 or 2 star review but after a change of staff Robbie and Naomi got a grip of my property sale that was agreed in November 2024 and sorted it out. Previous staff had been asleep at the wheel but Robbie in particular showed a real determination to get stuff done, regularly picking up the phone to whoever was needed and getting the sale over the line. Impeccable job, well done!
